Very polite and professional.

Had got a screw in my 6 month old tyres. was too close to the sidewall to repair. Replaced for free under Tyre care plan

Very expensive. 6 hours labour to change oils. $1522 service, Mitsubishi quoted 800-1000 online. I know this because I checked after the fact. Never again MYCAR.

I came with an AC issue (dye had been applied some time back) which the troubleshooted, fixed and tested in the same day. They explained the issue and the fix and checked if I had further questions. I was impressed.

These guys are awesome. They always let me know if there's anything in a service that doesn't need to be done to save me money. Said spark plugs were still okay and saved me 150 off my service.
I've had two cars with them that they had to fix from previous crap mechanics and I trust them to do a great job and only what needs doing.

The people at springiled center are not friendly especially the guy with glasses.
That particular guy is very rude and unprofessional.
Also not satisfied with service, the guy at desk was not interested in giving me the summary of the servive and quotes for the extra things required in the car.
Overall I can say it was a bad experience at mycar, never expected something like this from a brand like mycar.

Booking in was easy - promptly served and pickup time was earlier then arranged - which was nice . I received a call about additional
work - not urgent so asked for a quote upon pick up. This was provided. Good Service

I ordered wrong tyres but Very good alternative provided.

The appointment was easy to set. The instructions for dropping off the car were easy and convenient. The service was efficient. Pick up was as promised.

MyCar Springfield always go beyond to serve their customers. I had a puncture tyre and was getting late for a party. They somehow managed to fix it somehow between their busy schedule. Really appreciate it.

I arrived with a headlight issue and after only a short wait they manage to slot me in and replace my bulb.

Great experience except for the long long long wait on the phone. Ended up having to hang up as waited on hold for over 30 mins. The work completed was done ine a timely manner and was excellent

Have been a customer for many years now and have always experienced friendly and good service. They have looked after my car and I have never had any problems,will continue to use them in the future

The guys at the Springfield Mycar branch did a great job on my car after braking down on the Cunningham. Tighe with his management and BK with his patient, precise and diligent repair. I would recommend this team any day for engine or repair works. Cheers

I approached a very emergency situation. My tire got punctured. I asked for help because my car was on the highway. They promised me a maximum of 1 or 2 hours. It's only a 20-minute job. I waited for their call, but they didn't call. Finally, at the end of office hours, I went there. No one touched my tire. They said the reason was that I didn't make an appointment. In this kind of emergency situation, how can I make an appointment?
