Had the Holden Ute V8 Series 2 in for a service for 195,000km check. Standard essential plus service, plus after a safety report also replaced engine air filter, aircon regas before summer (first time ever after 15 years or reliable air-conditioning) and wheel alignment. Drives beautifully! Thanks to Lauchie for servicing the ute I value your mechanical knowledge and work. Safe pair of hands.
Safety report identified a few issues to monitor / watch such as the mounts which I can budget for before it becomes a headache. Love the afterpay option to keep my car well maintained and safe on the roads. 5 outta 5! Thanks MyCar Auto Springfield highly recommend their friendly staff and customer service with hospitality.

Avoid If You Value Your Vehicle
Booked a service expecting basic competence. Instead got overtightened wheel studs, incorrect torque specs quoted back to me, a leaking sump plug, no logbook completion, and zero communication about TPMS limitations. Now I get to repair my own vehicle after paying professionals to create problems. Impressive effort in making a routine service feel like a liability.

Ty was absolutely outstanding today
Ty was absolutely outstanding today. Even though he was clearly very busy, he still made time to help us with our flat tire and got us back on the road without any hassle. His hospitality and customer service were excellent from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful — nothing felt like too much trouble for him. Really appreciated the effort he put in to help us out when we were stuck. Brilliant service and an all-around great guy. Highly recommend.
