Been servicing my mini cooper there for a while. Happy with the service. Jamie the manager goes the extra mile to talk me through what is needed. It doesn't seem that they try to change parts or fix things just to rake in some profits.

Very happy

The team in Kew were able to see my car very quickly and did a great job addressing the issue I had. Additionally, and without any fanfare or cost, they also fixed a small detail elsewhere in the car. I really appreciate such attention to detail and quality service.
