Great customer service and genuine friendliness
I have always had GREAT service at mycar in Ipswich. I had an issue with one particular tyre that was under the warranty program. Matt found a workable solution that completely blew my mind. Their level of care, the turnaround of appointments, customer service and genuine friendliness is something rare.
I'd give mycar Ipswich more stars if more were available.

Great service

mycar Ipswich always go the extra mile for customer service. My experience with the team taking the time to explain and resolve issues has given me confidence to know my vehicles are in good hands. In addition, they are very cost competitive and do not try to upsell to increase the cost (which is another thing that sets them apart from every dealership service centre I have ever used). They’re now my first choice every time for car and tyre services.
