I appreciate the service and follow up when required.

I had a very disappointing experience with this MyCar branch. Not only are their services quite expensive, but the quality of the work and professionalism were far below expectations.

I brought my car in to have an issue fixed, but after the service I received the car back with additional problems that were not present before. I returned the vehicle again to have it corrected, but unfortunately the situation did not improve.

Having to bring the car back multiple times, only to receive it with more issues, is extremely frustrating and not what I would expect from a professional automotive service provider.

I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and improves both the quality of their repairs and their overall customer service.

Flexible booking arrangement and good service

Booked my car for a set of new tyres and wheel alignment. Dropped the car off a bit before 8am and the entire service was done before 10am. New tyres was great and the price was very reasonable for a set of branded comfort touring tyres.

I went in for a wheel alignment and asked for the front tyers to be rotated to the back. Upon arriving back when finished, l was informed that the rotation didn’t go ahead as l was in urgent need of 4 new tyers. I was aware the front 2 needed replacing, the reason for the rotation. They completed the alignment knowing that it wouldn’t help as the tyers were in need of replacement. So instead of contacting me and explaining the situation they just went ahead and did the job. So l paid for an alignment that did nothing to help and had to replace the four tyers and get another alignment done which l did else where due to the poor service and communication.

Took my car in for five tyres and car was fine when dropped off picked it up in the afternoon and had a collision malfunction fault and asked what happened and said they had no idea so they tried to clear the fault and no luck as it was closing time they said I would have to bring back the next day and would have a look at it so I drove home and looked around the car and noticed my drivers mirror had been hit by something and plastic was hanging down over the sensor so I had to fix that and took it back the next day they still denied having done anything to it and all I said was speak to the person who tested the car and he just denied anything went wrong so will never take my car for anything at deer park my car because the fact they had crashed my car and took no responsibility for it

I requested my car to be finished by a certain time and I was notified before the time to tell me car was ready for pick up. Im happy with their service and the communication from them, I will continue to take my old car to them. Many Thanks
