Prompt inexpensive friendly service from the team at Browns Plains Qld. My family have been taking our vehicles there for years!

my vehicle recently run out of its warranty being 5 years old, so instead of taking it to Mercedes I decided to give mycar a go. The service was ok for the money it's nothing I could have done myself, but I wanted the receipt to prove it was done correctly as per the manufacture recommendations, what didn't impress me was when I went to pick the vehicle up the service light on the dash was still indicating being due for a service, so I asked them to reset it, after about 20mins I was told that there computer was not able to reset this at that point and I should contact Mercedes to clear the service light. this was the only reason I took the car to mycar in the first place as it was local and connivant service that offer like for like service and I did not want the hassle of going to Mercedes and paying a premium for the same service. although they were helpful it's disappointing that they were not able to pull this information and reset the service as expected in a normal service. I spent 5 min on google at home researching it and was able to fix the service interval myself. I expected better but will likely use them again.

Appreciate that the store attendant gladly accommodated me for a puncture repair. He also scheduled a wheel alignment and balacing at the same time in place of a no-show customer. Great and fast service.

Right from informing them about the punctured tyre and the process leading up to and including the repair process it was handled first class.
The ‘cherry on top’ was that the cost was covered by tyre care package which is yet another benefit of mycar Tyre&Auto Services.

Good service

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The only bad thing is one of my tyres now has a noise that wasn't there before. I did take my car back and the helpful staff did look at it, however when he took it for a drive could not hear the noise, I figure it's something I now will have to get use to.

Great customer service, super welcoming and accomodating. Did an amazing job with my vehicle and had it ready again within a couple hours. Very pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning.

Dropped the car off at 8am picked it up at 10am 4 new tyres and a alignment done at great competitive pricing
