My Canada Trips responded quickly to my initial enquiry. After discussing our ideas and duration of the trip the agent drafted a suggested itinerary with trips and hotels.
We reviewed this draft and made some amendments and requested some hotel changes and durations. All were implemented quickly by the agent and we were able to book our trip very quickly.
This has to be the easiest custom built trip I’ve ever planned with a company so very happy indeed so far with the service.

Lovely speaking to an actual person and having all our queries answered efficiently and in a very pleasant manner. Put our minds to rest after having an awful experience with another company. Nice to know that you can ring anytime to have reassurance.

Vikki listened to my needs and designed an itinerary which included all my wish list.

Our advisor Cheryl McIntosh came up with an itinerary based on what we wanted to do and added suggestions and advice which was FANTASTIC thanks Cheryl! We went as a couple independently with everything arranged and organised for us- I could not believe how well everything worked! Not one single thing went wrong all our scheduled pick ups including hotels and transfers, rail tickets, cruise - all went according to plan. I am so impressed with my Canada trips I would not hesitate to use them again!

I spoke with a few tour operators which specialised in Canadian holidays, but I found My Canada Trips to be the most informative, helpful and provided common sense advice when planning a complex holiday. Cheryl helped me organise an itinerary suitable for my family and the level of customer service and her knowledge of where to stay, what to see, how and when to get about was second to none. I felt I was in good hands during the booking process and all my questions were answered. Once booked, the same level of customer service was experienced mainly by Yvonne, who again answered all my questions and helped make changes to the itinerary as and when necessary. The trip was very well organised by My Canada and went exactly as planned.An incredible holiday including a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer and an Alaskan cruise. My mobility issues were also well catered for throughout the trip and all went very smoothly.

I found that all the personnel I dealt with at My Canada Trips went above and beyond my expectations with regard to the support they gave me and my never ending questions.
They deserve a medal for their patience and understanding, nothing was too much trouble, every question was answered promptly and in detail.
The hotel they chose for our overnight stay in Seattle was excellent and right next door to Pier 66, where we embarked on a cruise with Cunard to Alaska.
