Service good with helpful advice

After trying other travel agency’s, where as soon as I mentioned my husband has mobility problems they point blank said unless he could do 10k steps a day they couldn’t help us, Cheryl was a breath of fresh air. Nothing was too much trouble. We were constantly reassured that everything was accessible in his wheelchair. Even down to changing a room because I was a little nervous of the mousse painted on the wall in the bedroom 🤦🏼‍♀️ I have very vivid dreams sometimes ! Cheryl from my canda trips gave us little tips and made sure we were accommodated in hotels that met my husbands needs. She was an absolute treasure and thought of everything, I would recommend this company to anyone. We are very much looking forward to the holiday next year

From start to finish our trip was absolutely fantastic, well organised with seamless planning in place, we followed the itinerary showing times for pickups and there were no problems at all. All of the chosen hotels were great, the trips were most enjoyable especially the Rocky Mountaineer and the Cruise.

We would definitely use My Canada Trips again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This was a big and important trip for my wife and I as we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary whilst on the trip.
The flight out was tremendous and a wonderful experience. The hotel in Toronto was fine, we lunched on the first day in the cn tower, a great trip to Niagara Falls and then the trip across to Jasper. The private accommodation was very small and you should make people aware of this. The hospitality was great as were the views, food and drinks. Jasper was good and wildlife abundant. The trip down to Banff was great with the journey onto the glacier memorable. Banff was fine except the room had no external window. The Rocky Mountaineer was outstanding, expensive but worth the money. Vancouver was good and the cruise up to Alaska was wonderful. You should be aware that the WiFi package was very basic but could be upgraded for a fee. The drinks package really only covered basic drinks but we paid for an upgrade. The return flight was disappointing in that the accommodation on the plane was nowhere near as good as the outbound and the food was poor.
This was an important and expensive trip but worth every penny.

Our holiday in Canada was expertly booked around our specific requirements and everything went seamlessly! We had no problems at all and had a very stress free and enjoyable time.
