A+ Financial Services loan process is straightforward and always takes less than 24-hours for approval! Their interest rate is also fair compared to other companies. Mr. Jesus Sanchez in the Lawrenceville, GA office saw to it that everything went smoothly after I applied.

This is about my 4th or 5th time using A+ Financial and they are very dependable and reliable when I am in need! Jesus is the best!

They are con artist. They trick you into purchasing products that you don't need by adding them into the paperwork and asking you to sign. They don't go over what you signing hoping you don't ask about it and if you do your told it's required to get the loan. They sold me something for homeowners and I don't even own a home. It was mixed in with the paperwork I was asked to sign. I asked if it was option and was told no. Funny thing is they also own the company that offers the membership then to top it off they financed the $50 it costs which means I also paid interest in it. I'm filing a complaint

The loan processing team works diligently to get a response back to me in a timely matter. They answer all calls.

It was easy to report any documents needed without going to the store or building. It helps saves on gas and back and forth if needed. Everyone I talked to were calm with respect and gave you the answer that you needed to get what I needed. That alone made anxiety more peacefull if the person didn't get much or nothing at all.

My experience has been great I’ve been dealing with Sonya since I’ve been getting loan and she is great and she is good and fast I love how she multi-task and get the job done while helping other customers.

I found this company on Google because I needed help with a unexpected bill. I did everything online and spoke to the representatives over the phone to verify a few things. The whole application process all the way to the approval was about 2-3hrs max. They were so prompt and friendly. I will definitely utilize their services again.

I put application in online & sent in docs & told me I was approved for $200 so mind you I live in Hampton ga so I drive all the way to forest park when I arrived lady going tell me I’m not approved. Bad business!!

Waste of time applying. Interest is so high on the loans no matter how small, you'll end up paying double back. No thank you! Worst loan rate I've ever gotten

The Customer Service I received was Awesome....Jesus at the Lawrenceville location is Patient and Courteous ...He really helped walk me thru the process and I Appreciate that!!!!

Jesus was attentive, knowledgeable, and always available (at least he made it seem that way with his fast responses) all these things are very important especially when you are conducting business remotely. Not needing to drive to a location allowed me the flexibility to handle other business while I got the funds I needed.

Quick decision. Friendly staff. I was approved for less than what I requested since I am a first time customer. It would have been nice to be advised of that before I arrived to pick up my loan though
