Terrible customer service and unprofessional behavior
I had an extremely unpleasant experience while applying for a HELOC loan. Initially, I was informed that ITIN applications were accepted, and everything seemed to be moving forward smoothly. However, after the initial request was denied, I was transferred to another loan officer named AJ, who had me complete a new application and ran my credit a second time.
The most frustrating part was not just the inconsistency in their policies, but the way AJ treated me. He was extremely rude, arrogant, and intimidating, speaking to me as if he were a federal agent and offensively implying that I was committing a crime.
I fully understand that every financial institution has its own internal rules, requirements, and guidelines. What is completely unacceptable is the disrespect, lack of manners, and abusive attitude toward customers. I do not recommend this institution due to their poor communication and the disrespectful conduct of their staff.
