Kindly note that our product is not marketed as a GPS product and our advertisements do state it is a Bluetooth enabled device. If you do have an issue with any of our marketing being misleading kindly let us know which advertisement you saw and we will correct the issue. As of now we are only marketing the product as a Bluetooth product designed to keep your child within a safe distance to you, we have never stated the product is a GPS-enabled product.

I want to love BuddyTag because it’s a wonderful WONDERFUL idea! However, I went to the grocery store with my wanderers and the alerts went off about every 3-4 minutes telling me to check on them when they were literally right beside me each time. It got to the point that I just disconnected from the app. I signed up for to be an affiliate but I can’t promote something that is more of an annoyance than a help.

Thank you for your review on our product! The My Buddy Tag is not designed to track your child. The purpose of the product is to keep your child within a safe distance to you. Once the child is outside of that distance you will receive a notification letting you know the child is outside of your range. The My Buddy Tag will connect to your phone using Bluetooth signal. Since it uses Bluetooth signal and not GPS, it will not track your child once they are out of your range. The maximum range outdoors is about 80-100 feet however this distance will vary depending on your environment, location and cellphone. If you are indoors the maximum distance is minimized to about 10-20 feet. Kindly keep in mind that since it is Bluetooth technology, the tag will automatically disconnect once it is outside of the maximum range. Since the tag is not connected it will not send further alerts and you will not be able to track your child. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please kindly reach out to our Customer Support and we will happily send you the return instructions for a full refund.

I really liked the concept and ordered 2 tags for my boys. When I downloaded the app to activate my tags, it doesn't open. It crashes every time. So basically now I'm stuck with 2 useless pieces of silicone. Unfortunately now I dont even have time to order something reliable. FIX YOUR APP!!!!
