Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars to this webshop. A month ago I ordered a t-shirt and after trying to contact them - they use a gmail address - I still didn't receive any answer from them.

This is a SCAM. The only answears i got from them is that they are understaffed and would sort out my order soon. Eventually I had to report them to paypal to get my money back. DON’T BUY

I ordered a jersey from MyBallerBox on May 24, 2025, and it arrived on May 31. Their website prominently advertises a 100-day return policy, which gave me confidence to buy.

However, when I decided to return the product, everything went downhill.

On July 2, I sent an email to info@ stating clearly that I wanted to exercise my right to return the item within the 100-day window. I also shipped the product back at my own expense, as return costs are not covered.

For 20 days, I heard nothing back. No acknowledgment, no refund.

On July 22, I followed up again via email and also contacted them multiple times through the chat on their website. To this day, I have received no reply whatsoever.

This lack of communication is unacceptable. Their advertised return policy seems to be nothing more than a marketing ploy. I now feel forced to pursue legal action to get my money back.

I strongly advise anyone against ordering from MyBallerBox. The support is non-existent, and the entire experience feels like a scam. You are left completely alone if something goes wrong.

Scam! 2 months in. No response on emails, 2 fake codes from dpd which are not working and no packages.

First of all I would like to send a big thank you to everyone at MyBallerBox , despite my bad patience and angry emails ( my order status wasn’t updated in a week so I thought I’ve been scammed ) they kept a very professional attitude and even the owner sent an email and explained the situation .

Received my shirts and everything is 👍

Just like most other people I have huge problems with my order. I ordered 2 jerseys on Juni 5th, since then I recieved 1 email from the owner explaining the problem but since then the communication stopped. I mailed and used the chat kn their website multiple times with no answer. This has to be a scam!!!

Ordered may 29th, still nothing

Ordered over 1 month ago and got nothing. It's really sad how you're being cheated on here.

I ordered from them two months ago. I haven't received anything yet, and they don't reply to messages or emails. But they do make false promises by email using obviously lame excuses. Avoid

I ordered there almost a month ago. The website advertises ‘dispatch today’. When there was still no update available after a week or so, I contacted support. They told me that the company was growing faster than expected and that everything was therefore delayed. So far so good, but then they shouldn’t advertise on their website that they dispatch on the same day. I mean four weeks without shipping isn’t even close to ‘shipped today’. I replied to this email saying that I would like to cancel the purchase and get a refund. All I got in reply was that it would be dispatched soon and that I would be informed. To date there has not been any update at all, although the order was placed and paid for on 03/06/2025. Absolutely not recommended. Better go to another reputable provider and don't be tempted by dubious offers (as I unfortunately was).

I've ordered more than three weeks ago. The website claims that any order will be shipped on the same day. Until now, nothing has happend except for two generic mails that ask for patience, because it's a startup. Honestly, this seems like a scam website to me.
Update1: I've reclaimed the money via the credit card company as the seller hasn't answered to any mails anymore and the shirt wasn't delivered for over three months. Don't buy at this website!

Update2: After not answering any email for months, when I wanted a refund because the jersey was never sent to me, the owner now emailed me and tried to bribe me into changing my review offering a free shirt worth 40€ if I changed my review...

I ordered my mystery shirt as a gift for my girlfriend at the beginning of May but it hasn't arrived yet.

What's positive to say is that they wrote emails that it would be delayed but they never answered one of my emails.

I also got an email for the order confirmation and also shipping confirmation and they also said that they would send another mystery shirt as they had shipping issues but it hasn't arrived yet.

Haven't received anything yet :((((

Would rather give 0 stars but that's not possible.
According to the website should the orders be sent out the same day, but that is not correct.
After 1 week I got the info that my order will send out in 5-7 business days, so more than 2 weeks after I ordered it. That was too late for me so I chose to cancel the order. But they never answer on neither mail or chat, so I don't know if it's cancelled...
Not a serious online store.

We got a confirmation mail right after the order was placed but that was four days ago but we are yet to receive a mail that the shirts have been shipped.

We have also send them mail but haven’t got an answer.

Don’t know if we are gonna get our 6 shirts so can’t give more than 2*.

The provider advertises on their website that if you place an order before 9 PM, it will be shipped the same day. Unfortunately, we had to find out that this is not true. After placing our order, we didn’t receive any shipping confirmation or updates for several days. We contacted the seller multiple times via email — no response.

Only after we opened a case with PayPal did we suddenly receive an update on our order. Even then, there was no tracking number. After sending yet another email, we finally received the long-awaited tracking number. The package finally arrived yesterday.

At this point, we just want to return the jerseys, but there’s no information about returns on the website. So, we contacted the seller again by email. Unsurprisingly, we have yet to receive a reply.

We strongly advise against ordering from this seller. We had nothing but problems — this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Update:
After the seller reached out to us via email, we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution. As a result, we have updated our original negative review. We would like to thank the seller for the prompt communication and smooth handling of the return process.

Their site looks great and all and they have all kinds of jerseys you could want in a variety of sizes..but on the other hand, if you have a request or a question they will probably not answer to you. I tried to contact them everywhere from Instagram direct, to emails, and I tried to chat with them a couple of times but I never received a response! That’s the only thing which makes me sceptical about this company..I wanted to complete a big order but since I couldn’t talk to anyone of them I will probably not purchase the jerseys I wanted because I’m not sure if it’s a secure and legit site..if they don’t respond because they don’t see messages on any platform or any way possible, then how can they be aware that someone bought something from them? Try to reach out to them before you buy something to check if there is anyone behind this site! Hope they will at least see this comment and clarify what is going on because this is not how costumers wanna be treated

Delivery came quick. I wanted to return the jersey because its too small and i didnt like it. I wrote two E-Mails, still no answer. Very bad customer service, I’m disappointed.

I placed an order and paid for it January 19. I received order confirmation right away but haven’t got any shirts or heard anything back from the company. It’s been six weeks now. I have emailed them twice and still not received any more information about my order.
