Order #12323 (placed 5 July) was marked as "shipped" 10 days ago – but nothing has arrived and the tracking shows no movement. My second order #12419 (placed Sunday) is still sitting unfulfilled.
No reply to my emails so far. I'd like a working tracking number for #12323 or a refund, and a clear status on #12419. Happy to update this review once it's resolved.

The package came from Netherlands to Denmark, within 4 business days - Great and fast delivery!
We got 2 of the same shírt in XXL, that not even are a Match shirt from germany. It's not even a match shirt...
Then for the XL, was a dirty, worn, and overly perfumed Columbia shirt...
A disapointing event of mystery boxes...

I have just checked your order and would like to clarify one point. The XXL shirts you received were the Germany 125th Anniversary Shirt (2025/26). This is an official match shirt, so the statement that it is "not even a match shirt" is unfortunately not correct.
Regarding the XL Colombia shirt, I completely understand your concerns. I will contact you directly by email so we can discuss this in more detail and find a suitable solution if the shirt did not meet the quality standards you expected.

I wrote a review below. they asked for more info and i havent heard back
I posted the review below, and the company responded very quickly asking for more information. I provided all the requested order details, but since then I have not received any further response.
It has now been 12 days since I placed the order, and the shirts still have not arrived. They were intended as birthday gifts, but because of the delay I had to buy an alternative present.
The lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely disappointing. While the company was quick to respond publicly, they have not provided any meaningful update or resolution since I supplied the requested information. Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this company.

Nice product, communication could be better
I liked the shirt I received, it was in good condition and shipped with care. The mystery football item turned out to be a rugby shirt but it was cool nevertheless. I reached out to the owner about it but got no response, but this is not a big problem since the shirt is nice and I’ll keep it.

Unacceptable delays, resolved only after public review
Initially, my experience was very frustrating. I placed my order in early December and didn’t receive any updates, replies to my emails, or the package for several weeks. After more than a month without any response, I left a negative review.
Shortly after that, the owner reached out to me directly, apologized, and assured me the order would be shipped. He also added an extra item as a gesture of goodwill. The package has now arrived, and everything is complete.
That said, the total delivery time was around four months, and the lack of communication through the usual channels was a major issue. It shouldn’t require a public review to get a response.
I appreciate the effort to resolve the situation in the end, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service and communication.
