I’ve used My Baggage a few times now and do not have a negative thing to report.
Pick up is prompt, tracking is reliable and delivery is on time or early.
The delivery is not damaged in any way.
I truly would not use any other company.

Stress free process getting my items to…

Stress free process getting my items to Spain. Everything was clearly communicated and the customer service team were super helpful with any queries I had. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be using again in the future!

Safe and Sound ✈️

My baggage were fantastic. They got my items from Belfast to London quickly and without any fuss. Everything arrived safe and sound - great service from start to finish. Thank you!

Don’t use this service!!

Don’t use this service!!! It’s been a nightmare. Delivery should have been delivered on Wednesday, today only one bag made it and now they’re telling me it’s all delivered. Leaving this review EVERYWHERE.

Hi Electa, thank you for your review. We can see you sent two items from Georgia to New Jersey. Your estimated delivery timeframe advised was the 05th Jun - 10th Jun, at no point did My Baggage advise of a delivery on Wednesday the 3rd of June.

One item was delivered today, the 5th of June and the other is expected to be delivered after the weekend as it progresses through the delivery network. Our team have been in contact with you regarding this and are also chasing this with the courier to ensure delivery as soon as possible however as of today, nothing has been delayed.

We do apologise that the two items have been separated however this is normal for items travelling through an automated couriers network where they may be sorted independently from each other.

My baggage was amazing

My baggage was amazing and super helpful.
FedEx was very unhelpful and bad communication.
Thanks to My Baggage my suitcase got picked up and delivered. But for future travel I will be avoiding FedEx

Expensive Late Luggage

I paid $180 to ship luggage from the US to the UK. The bag arrived 5 days late. Throughout the delay, MyBaggage was nice to deal with but had no idea where the luggage was and couldn't provide any updates. It's way too much to pay for late luggage.

Your shipment was delivered safely on the 22nd of May.

You had previously sent a shipment at the start of May going from the USA to the UK and this was estimated to be delivered between the 8th and 11th of May. This was delivered on the 13th of May, 2 days past the estimate after a delay in the courier's hub.

Our team were in touch with you regarding this and did update you daily about this right up until it was delivered. We are disappointed with your review given this especially as you advised our team did not provide any updates which is incorrect.

Our team updated you as much as possible in this instance and we do ask all customers to please allow time in case of delays as, whilst these are rare, these can be caused by factors outside of both ours and the couriers control.

I’ve used My Baggage 3 times now

I’ve used My Baggage 3 times now. NZ to UK; Norway to NZ; UK-UK. Very time, collected when said, delivered fast and efficiently. Bag always in perfect condition. No dramas at all. With on line customs documentation which is very easy to complete, the process is effortless. Highly recommend

Avoid it !!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
We paid for a collection that never took place. Before booking, I called several times to confirm the collection arrangements and was repeatedly reassured by their team.
When the collection failed, My Baggage refused to take any responsibility, refused a refund and spent weeks quoting terms and conditions instead of addressing the actual problem.
The service was not delivered, yet they kept the money and offered only account credit.
Save yourself the frustration and use another provider.

Hi Ritika, thank you for your review. We can see you had booked a collection from the USA on the 15th of May.

This was attempted by the courier at 1:35PM. We understand that there was confusion regarding information discussed on a call with our team where you advised that one of our team repeatedly assured you that the collection would take place later in the day when this was not the case. You were presented with call recordings to show this was not the case.

Collections take place normally within working hours between 9AM and 6PM and we cannot provide or guarantee smaller timeframes.

Our team did investigate your complaint fully however the courier did sucessfully attempt the collection on the scheduled date and the shipment was not available to be collected. This is through no fault of My Baggage or the courier's fault. Our team offered to rebook another collection for you however this was not possible.

The amount paid for the order is still available for use on your account for an order at any point in the future due to the collection being correctly attempted.

Rural pickup issues

Pickup was rural and there was zero communication about rural pickups not being an. The day after the pickup date we revived a call that the bag needed to be taken to a pickup location by a certain time that day which was very stressful. I have had bags dropped off at this same address with no issues, and my baggage never said anything in the booking process about pickups from that address not being possible. On top of this I had to pay a fuel surcharge, so including the time and cost of getting the bag to the pickup location I don’t feel I got my moneys worth and generally feel let down and frustrated.

We do have a clear warning to all customers shipping from New Zealand that advises on potential issues with collections from more remote areas and that a drop off location may be needed. This is shown before and during booking.

The fuel surcharge is applied for the whole shipment's journey, not just from the collection address.

My Baggage has a dedicated customer service team who are always on hand to assist with any issues you may have and we cannot see any contact from you to our team to help resolve this issue.

Your review is the first you have made us aware of any issues with your collection and we are extremely disappointed with a one star review especially given that the shipment did still journey across the world and arrive safely and on time.

Fast, Easy & Reliable Service

Amazing service from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly easy to follow, with clear instructions every step of the way. My suitcase was delivered from the UK to Australia in just 9 days, which exceeded my expectations.

The only issue I experienced was with the final delivery by FedEx in Australia. The suitcase was left outside my property without anyone ringing the doorbell or notifying me that it had been delivered.

Aside from that, the service was excellent and I’d definitely use it again.
