Customer service is very fast (I had some questions and they answered them quickly via email), than I picked up my earings in the shop personaly and the place is lovely in the heart of Prague, young girls that work there are also very friendly. They gave me 10% discount for the first order - great :)

Amazing product & service!
The site was very easy to navigate and the layout is simply beautiful. Shirin was so helpful and gave me dedicated attention and advice even though I am in eastern time zone. Packaging was thoughtful and beautiful and shipping time was short with tracking and notifications at every step. Highly recommend!!!
