Company is a scam. Never received product. They do not return emails. No phone number. Do not buy anything from them.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts, received wrong size has been 4 weeks going on 5 with no response at all. All the instagram 3D Hoodies are all the same place, even though it says Cali, I doubt this. Took 4 weeks to get them, that's Asia. Which would be fine if they had any customer response. Suggest don't buy from them.

Ordered a hoodie and yes it took a while to arrive but it eventually arrived and we were super excited. The background image was printed in reverse. The wording was all backwards unless you stood in front of the mirror. So I made a case through PayPal and my3dhoodie responded with ohhhhh so sorry we want to fix it. 1st drop the case so we can give better service. ( if you ever drop a case you can never reopen it btw) and send us back the item at your expense and when we get it then we'll determine what to do next... hahaha ya right. I escalated my request so fast. So hopefully I get the decision in my favor. But I sent pictures from website compared to what I received so we will see. But I wish I read the reviews 1st before purchasing. Facebook should take some blame for the heavy amount of advertising they did for this company.

Ordered in November and received in December, but unfortunately the size was too big. I sent 5 emails to request an exchange, NONE of them went answered. A phone number of (929) 303-7441 was listed on their website and that number is NOT in service. HORRIBLE company to do business with. DO NOT BUY from them unless you want to lose your money.

Yes I ordered a 3D hoodie right at the beginning of December to ensure it will get to me in Missouri before Christmas so I can send it to my oldest daughter who resides in Alabama she's a New Year's baby anyways the hoodie showed up 3 days after Christmas and then they sent the wrong size they sent a small when I ordered a 3XL or 4XL I just can't see how this could possibly happen so not only is she still waiting for a gift but it looks like I'm going to have to try to make another purchase and just be out of $40 because people don't want to look at the sizes or care about what they're shipping out to you I hope this doesn't happen to you as well as I'm sorry to say it happened to me I'm on a fixed income and really cannot afford another hoodie but because it's for my daughter I guess I'm going to have to so take heed I don't know what the second order will bring if it will be right or not I guess we'll have to see

It took a month and 10 days to get the hoodie, but I did get the hoodie. Not a scam....just takes awhile.

UPDATE: I did eventually receive these hoodies - AFTER CHRISTMAS. They are of decent quality, but I would not purchase them again. I would use CAUTION when purchasing from them and be AWARE they are shipping from CHINA.

Ordered 4 hoodies BEFORE Thanksgiving. I contacted them to find out where my shipment was and NEVER received an answer whatsoever. Received them the day AFTER Christmas. Also, they are some weird polyester material, not typical hoodie material, and smell like chemicals. Will NOT be purchasing from them again.

Not only are these VERY expensive, they take an exceptionally long time to receive. After wearing 1 of them that I ordered I noticed it "pills" terribly bad right before my eyes. They are super cute, BUT NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER (I bought about $300 of sweatshirts that ALL "pill!!!")

I ordered a hoodie from this company 2 weeks ago hoping to have it before Christmas. I have emailed them 3x's, no response but yet the send me offers constantly. I am truly disappointed with to poor customer service, this thing is I do graphic design and I make goodies designs myself but my husband saw one he really like so I thought I'd order it, that's what I get for "thoughting"

I only ordered one Hoodie, which I haven't received yet, but I did receive 2 Minnie Mouse hoodies and I am contacting them to send them back. It says that they have to be in the same packaging that you received it in.....if we don't like them on first sight, do they really think we will take them out of the package, try them on, and then try to send them in?!?! And I did NOT order these two hoodies and I am too old and sick to be looking like a young person wearing this hoodie that is for kids, not 60 year old married women that only goes to the doctor anyway. And they are too big for our granddaughters, so they go back.

I received the hoodie on Dec 2, 2023, there was no shipping label or size label anywhere on the hoodie. It didn’t fit right so I wrote numerous emails to return it and got ghosted. The material is cheap and looks cheap. What a disappointment. Can’t return it, can’t get a refund.

If I would have known it would take so long I would have ordered on Amazon. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I won't do this ever again. I got got by a Facebook ripoff. I guess I have to take it as a $100 lesson.

Ordered a Eeyore hoodie never received and stay away from these scammers and don’t buy anything from these people you will never get it.

MY 3D HOODIE... You can Follow them on Instagram & Facebook only. FAKE SITE GUYS... THEY DON'T EXIST!! The 2 phone numbers they have listed for their company DO NOT WORK IT WAS PUT TOGETHER & IS ONLY AFFILIATED W/ SHOPIFY. Try to call both #'s & see what happens. Every hoodie is the same exact price. They have managed to rip off many people.While the designs look great. All you have to do is find a design you really like off their FAKE SITE & UPLOAD IT to a LEGIT COMPANY on Amazon or even a print shop in your neighborhood can do most of this stuff. But you will lose your money. I k now 3 people who ordered for Xmas & NOT 1 PERSON HAS A TRACKING #, Nor have they been able to get their money back & forget customer support because it doesn't exist

my mother-in-law ordered a hoodie from these guys using her phone as conduct. She didn't hear from them for 3 weeks. I emailed them to let them know about the delay. I never heard anything from them. I placed another order for her and used my email. She got that shipment. a month later, she received another hoodie and they charged her for it. I emailed them to let them know that she needed only one and ask for directions to to return. I just received a generic email.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 3 hoodies. I have only received one. I sent an email but to no avail. I will not be reordering.

I ordered 3 hoodies and all were 6x that is very hard to find. They were absolutely gorgeous. Thank you. It took about 3 weeks but was so worth it.

Yeah it do take a long time to get your hoodies but as far as quality the A1. I bought four hoodies for $160 about a month ago yeah I was skeptic and thought I lost out on my money but I just went outside and seen my package sitting on the porch I got all four of my hoodies right before Christmas so I'm thankful I'm blessed thank God

ordered 10/16/23 3 items for birthday presents
received a tshirt with a note stating the other 2 items which were hoodies would be received in a couple of days. it has been over two weeks. tracking says all was delivered. i have emailed several times and called to no avail. I apparently out of $100. I would not recommend this company i would warn against them. also the shipment came from china not New York.

For the most part the sweatshirt was good but shipping took a very long time, like about 4 weeks. Prices are high. I did the Princess Tiana hoodie. The good news is that I got it from a site that doesn’t allow reviews of their products or comments on their FB posts. I likely won’t order from them again.
