I bought a hoodie july 1 and today is august 15, 2024 and I still have no product and no money back in my account. don't shop there you will lose your cash, and no of the staff actually respond. wouldnt be surprised if this is a scam at all.

Scammer warning,
I bought a hoodie for $50 but never received it.
Also, I never received a response to my inquiries.

Paid for an 8x for my special needs nephew with autism the Winnie the poo one and it never came this broke his heart

Don't ever buy anything from here. If you want to return an item they won't give you your money back they will try and talk you into keeping it or giving you 20% of your money back. F***k this site😡😡😡😡😡😡👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I bought the lion king hoodie and they misspelled Hakuna Matata they spelled it Hakouna maiaia on the sleeves and on the front of the hoodie they spelled it haxuna Mataya don't get me wrong the hoodie looks decent but with what we paid the spelling should be correct

Be aware. Do not order from this company. I just had to dispute charges from the bank because I have received no confirmation on anything. Be aware

I actually left a great review when I first received my wife's hoodie for Christmas. But it has been about 75 days since she received it and with our cold weather in January and February she has been wearing a heavier coat. But she has wore the jacket maybe 5 times and I am very disappointed in it's condition. It is so peely all over it. I couldn't believe all of the little fuzz balls all over the jacket. Definitely not the quality I expected for the price I paid. Will not buy anymore

the material is not what i expected. wanted to return them but no one has every gotten back to me. Do not buy this product. cheap material.

Negative star review would be more accurate but, can't do that.
Ordered 2 hoodies in October 2023 & STILL nothing. No hoodies, no communication, NOTHING. Tracking numbers show no movement in 2 months & last time either were, supposedly, scanned they were in the wrong states anyway. I've emailed many times & have NEVER received anything back so, I'm SOL & they've got my $$. Just another POS scam company out to screw people out of their money & all they had to do was toss the hoodies in the backpacks of one of their soldiers before they left China to walk across our southern border & they could've called me from their nice hotel room, we're paying for, on their new cell phone, we're paying for, & I could have picked them up.
Seriously though, DO NOT give them your $$, you'll never get what you've paid for & you'll never get ANY communication from them, save your $$ & the headache.

I had to give it one star because it wouldn’t let me give it zero stars. Ordered a hoodie the second week of December 2023. I received fake tracking numbers and package was never delivered. So, I’m out $50. Some say that it arrives eventually but, seeing the reviews on the hoodie that people actually received, it’s probably better that I don’t get mine. Sent endless amounts of emails with no reply etc etc. I truly believe Zuckerdick and Facebook should share blame in all of this, as well. Their company accepts a lot of money to advertise their products on Facebook and they should be vetted better or at least vetted at all. I’m thinking class action suites against Facebook, for this, is in order. Who’s with me?

Order Allegedly shipped on October 26, 2023 and I am still waiting for the Minnie Hoodie that I order for my Wife. Lost count on how many emails I have sent and once I found a Phone Number that was not in Service. Requested refund and couldn’t get a respond. All I receive was the auto generated email.

What a scam. My Black Friday order came in mid January. Sizes are all wrong… no way to contact them. I am stuck with 3 hoodies that don’t fit my grandkids.

But I receive daily emails from them offering discounts and free shipping. Maddening!

For a Christmas gift I ordered #87880 Sweatshirts for my boys. It came way after Christmas and the material is cheap and arms are short.Same day I received it I put in for a return. I continue to ask for the return label, address and refund. They have yet to do any of it. They are scammers and I will continue to bring this up. Please do not buy from this website!

I ordered a sweatshirt for my nephews Christmas gift on the 2nd or third of dec
And didn’t receive any information regarding the order ( other then they took my money) until dec 20.
On dec 20 . I was informed that the item I ordered went out for shipping and would be delivered in 2-3 weeks! That really should have been disclosed when ordering because I would never have accepted it.
Any way. Here we are half way through Jan of 24 and it still hasn’t been delivered.
I have reached out to the company half a dozen if not more times and get the same BS reply. No phone call no personal email just the same standard
Format ! I will never order from them again even after giving them another shot... because they have screwed up before ! Extremely unsatisfied !

THE MATERIAL IS TERRIBLE, VINYL LIKE, NOT COMFORTABLE. THE SEAM IS COMING APART AT THE BOTTOM AND THE 2X IS AS LARGE AS A 3X

I ordered 2 hoodies on black Friday. Customer service is automated and says they get back to you. 6 weeks it took to get the first hoodie. 4 weeks since I filed a grievance and still no response. If I could give less than a 1 I would.

Placed an order for a Hoodie, received it and didn't care for the quality of the material. Followed the return instructions, carefully, and have never heard back. I have done this in writing twice and via telephone several times (leaving messages as no one has ever answered the phone).
