First time ever we've used MyTours and we won't be looking anywhere else in the future.

They made our first family holiday easy, simple and straight forward with all the information provided. They also helped keep out 18 month old son entertained and calm on our way to and from Disneyland Paris.

As a family, we cant wait to use MyTours again in the future. Really great experience from start to finish.

From the time of booking to the time of departure the entire process was a slick operation
Dan and the team were amazing and made sure that all of us in the group (33 in total) were kept in the loop with everything
Roy our driver was the best - a big shout out and thank you to him!
The hotel was amazing which made the entire trip excellent value for money
we had a great time in Bruges!

Took a trip to Trafford Centre & P Louise Academy with My-Tours.
Start to end was a lovely trip (except my daughter spending all my money 😆) arrival was great, checked in & given our entry tickets for P Louise. Cafe inside the pub was open for breakfast sandwiches & coffee which was a welcomed surprise. collection was on time & spot on, driver Roy is brill. polite, friendly & a great guy! Free time in the shopping mall was nice (very busy) & P Louise was a lovely trip. We had a few delays on departure from both places however chaperone Daniel? Was brilliant, made sure everyone was on board before we left & order delays at P Louise (not passengers fault) Daniel kept going back & forth from coach to academy to keep updates on departure home. Cannot fault My-Tours for anything, perfect day out & defo be booking for trips!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another Fantastic Trip with My-Tours!

We have just come back from our third trip with My-Tours to Amsterdam, and once again, it was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well planned and organised that we didn’t have to worry about a thing — we could simply sit back, relax, and enjoy a completely stress-free break.

Our coach driver, Roy, was brilliant friendly, professional, and full of personality. He kept us informed throughout the journey and made everyone feel comfortable and at ease during both journeys to and from Newcastle’s ferry terminal.

The tour reps, Carol and Oshea, were truly exceptional. They go above and beyond making sure we’re safe, happy, and enjoying every moment. Their genuine care and positive energy make such a difference and really brings the group together. They are always available throughout the stay to answer any questions or help in any way, they really do look after everyone.

A huge thank you also to Dan, who clearly puts a great deal of effort into organising everything behind the scenes. It’s so appreciated, and it’s what makes these trips run so smoothly every time.

We’ve already booked again for next year, which says it all! Thank you, My-Tours, for another unforgettable experience — we can’t wait to travel with you again!

Me and my daughter alisha, went to Western yesterday and had the most fantastic time. We like to thank Daniel for giving us this fantastic opportunity from someone who never stepped foot outside her house to this is all thanks to my tours. Cannot thankyou you daniel enough, we like to thank our lovely bubbly coach drivers, dear roy(we love you) bez, Steve. We love you all. We sat side ways to Ali who made us feel so so welcome the first time we went and loved her since. And the lady who sat next to Ali yesterday she was so nice to me and my daughter as was everyone else on the coach. So thankyou so so much and here's ro many many more day trips to come.

I would like to follow on from the previous comments made by another member of the party about the Barmouth trip on the 27th August 2025, as there were issues that required addressing which were not acknowledged by My-Tours and a simple apology was also missing from their response.
I arrived at the Family Tree pick up just before 6.45a.m. as requested by the company due to the pick up time being brought forward to 7.00a.m. - and the remaning members of my party arrived shortly after. I had got us ticked off on the main list - but this was not done by the driver. As I informed the guy with the list that all of my party were now there, he told me the coach had not yet arrived at the Birmingham pick up which was scheduled for 6.30a.m. - so already running late.
The coach probably did arrive around 7.20- 7.25 a.m to the Family Tree, but by the time everyone had been seated it was after 7.30, and then we had to wait for latecomers who obviously did not know about the change of pick up time. So it was just after 7.40 when we set off (and definitely not 7.20) - so 40 minutes after the re-scheduled departure time.
I agree that the driver was very polite and he was a very professional, safe driver. However, he didn't introduce himself, didn't point out that the no eating or drinking sign was for when the coach was used by schools (I had to ask him the question) or actually engage much with us at all. Although the official list was ticked off by someone else at the beginning, the driver didn't count numbers before we left the services or when we left the destination. He also didn't tell us where the emergency exit was, or the first aid box. He did tell us that we were not stopping at Welshpool due to problems with toilets there, but very little else was communicated. There was no indication as to why once we had left Telford services the route was so long. My-Tours mentions that it was for safety, however, the route we took was full of twists and turns, blind spots and tight passing places. It was beautiful, and the driver handled it well, but I didn't feel that it was a suitable route for a coach, and it was a much longer journey than expected, even without the initial delay.
I appreciate a short stop gives more time at the destination, but in view of the early start time and late arrival home, I think people may have needed longer so that they could actually get something to eat, rather than it being just a toilet break. The driver did mention in passing something about another 10 minute break somewhere, but that never materialised, presumably because of the length of the journey.
The coach itself was not very comfortable. Things were broken such as fold down tables that didn't stay clipped in place or seats that were supposed to move position but the mechanism didn't work. I agree the toilet roll issue was solved, but shouldn't someone have made sure the driver had the key to access it on board before we set off?
I did hear the driver say to someone else that he didn't know much about Barmouth to tell them about as it was only the second time he'd driven there - so if he's been there lots of times why did he say that? Barmouth has a very beautiful beach, and we were lucky with the weather in the end, but as there didn't seem to be much to do there, some information about the destination from My-Tours or from the driver would have been much appreciated.
In the end we had a trip out to the beach, saw some beautiful scenery and arrived safely at our destination and then home - so yes, you can say delivered in full - but it was not the standard of service I have come to expect from My-Tours (I had a lovely trip to West Midlands Safari Park last year, for example, which was first rate) or from reviews for other trips, the standard that is currently being experienced by travellers to other destinations. I very much like to support local companies, but there were some issues from this trip that need to be understood and addressed by My-Tours so that the next time I travel with you I can give a 5 star review.

3rd trip with mytours hence we booked again but felt lots of things to be desired this time mostly not very well organised and state of coach.
Coach driver experienced and safe driver. No head count at start. Changed to an earlier time but the coach was late and we had quite a wait for latecomers who apparently didn’t know about the time change.
Supposed to leave at 7am left nearly 7.40 even though we had to be at pickup 15mins before departure!
Coach seats uncomfortable and tables were either missing or broken hence my drink spilt on the floor.
Even though we left so late driver said we could only have 15 mins at services, so just enough time for toilet and to buy something to eat on coach even though sign on coach said no eating or drinking so we had to ask driver if we could eat and drink, he said sign was for school trips. Driver hadn’t got key to toilet roll for onboard toilet so had to get some from services, good job no emergencies.
Driver took a much longer route than we expected or was necessary.
Arrived safe and had plenty of time, bit too much but luckily was nice day as l’m not sure what there would be to do if weather was bad as driver didn’t give us any information, not even where the toilets was on arrival. Heard was only 2nd time at Barmouth. Think he needed to engage more with the passengers and give more necessary information.

Disney Magic from Start to Finish – Thanks to My Tours!
We’ve just come back from an unforgettable trip to Disneyland Paris with My Tours, and I honestly can’t thank them enough for how well everything was run from start to finish.
From the moment we boarded the coach, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Our driver, Roy, was fantastic, calm, friendly, and clearly experienced. The coach was spotless and comfortable with a pit stop along the way, which made the long journey really manageable.
A special shoutout has to go to our lovely tour reps, Oshea and Carol, who stayed with us throughout the entire trip. They were absolutely brilliant, always cheerful, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone was having a good time. They kept us updated with everything we needed to know, answered questions with a smile, and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free.
Travelling with My Tours took all the hassle out of the trip. We could just sit back, relax, and focus on enjoying the magic of Disney. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, affordable, and well-organised way to visit Disneyland Paris.

It’s our second time going on a trip with my tours. First one we did was to Drayton manor and it was brilliant, the coach was spacious and clean. Second trip, we’ve just been on and that was to Disney land Paris, what can I say? WOW thank you guys for your excellent service. The trip was easy to book, and handy having instalment payment plans. I have high functioning anxiety and this was my first time going to Disneyland Paris, the reps made it so easy, being very informative and very helpful. Being in the WhatsApp group helped, thank you for helping with any questions I had. Thank you for helping us navigate round to the park, help getting on transport etc. The thought and effort you guys put into this trip is unreal, the little touches too like the goodie bags for the kids and the food vouchers too, big thank you. The hotel was very clean, decent size rooms and we were very satisfied with the service and hospitality we received. From start to finish it was great, cannot fault the trip at all. Thank you so much, can’t wait to return next year. Also the trips are very good value for money. Me and my kids have had a blast! Thank you so much for looking after us all

The coach arrived on time, had air conditioning and was very clean. The coach driver was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. This was our first coach journey with this company and it was very well organised. Also it was great having only two pick up points.

Booked our scout group easy to book coach clean air con and shout out to driverr roy down to earth having a laugh played music kids was having a sing song full of smiles. Roy explained our ETA and when we will be stopping at service stations dvd for kids to keep them entertained and adults we have 2 trips planned and looking forward 100 percent highly recommended

Had the most magical weekend ever at Disneyland Paris! The team were absolutely incredible and went out of their way to help with everything, including helping with my daughter! Couldn’t fault anything at all!

Had the most amazing weekend of our lives at disneyland paris, Dan and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing time, from the coach journey with music and movies,the hotel choice (being a 10-15min ride) to disneyland and advice on travelling around Paris, thank you so much for making this possible for me, with monthly payments over the year it definitely made it more manageable and less stressful to achieve this dream. Can't wait for my next trip with you guys, thanks again ❤️

My first time with my-tours and first time to Amsterdam. Highly recommend my-tours. This was their first overnight tour to Amsterdam so there were a few teething problems but staff were absolutely amazing and sorted out any hiccups we had. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They checked in on us to make sure we were safe on the night in Amsterdam. I’m really looking forward to going back next year for two nights this time. Amsterdam has so much to see. Staff were just amazing and full of helpful tips and advice. They really looked after us. Easy hotel was a basic two star hotel, but it was great. English tv channels and a good shower. We took our own travel kettle so we could enjoy a morning cuppa before breakfast and staff in hotel were helpful and pleasant. A good base to explore Amsterdam.

Absolutely outstanding.. I am a mum of SEN children & wouldn't normally venture on public transport however it couldn't have gone any smoother. Clear pick up & drop off times, didn't feel rushed, coach had air-conditioning we had a beautiful 32° in LEGOLAND WINDSOR 30th July 2024, a toilet available for number 1s only haha.. Will definitely be looking to book again. Absolutely no faults!!

We used my-tours last year to go on a day trip to Western Super Mare as we do not drive. The prices were very fair and it was a stress free and pleasant day knowing we would get to and from the seaside safely and be able to relax.

We are booked in to go away to Blackpool for the illuminations in November and looking forward to it, great for families and other age groups. Would highly recommend.
