I would like to recommend the BBQ store, they went out of their way to help us purchase a warming rack and centre griddle for our sportsman 3 BBQ. We could not purchase them in the UK. It was delivered by FEdex all the way from Spain, it only took a few days to arrive. Item as described just what we wanted. Thank you

I have now been waiting over three months for the delivery of my Beefeater Side Burner.
Despite sending an estimated 40–50 emails, I have only received repeated excuses, often along the lines of “I need to ask my manager.”

I know have received the sideburner.
Thank you very much but please try to Improve your shipments procedures.

22 k euro kitchen - and they then later decide to charge extra 10% for no documented reason - ALL measures were given beforehand - no new information. Also - promised to be complete by a fixed date, and had 8 weeks to do it - and then delayed it half way through the work because they had not ordered everything ahead of time like one would expect.

Purchased an exterior fridge from this store installed with cover and away from direct sunlight, the fridge developed a fault is less then 1 year old and they are trying to tell me its because is in the sun when i clearly built the kitchen to be out of direct sunlight front facing so the sun is not burning client back as
Requested while cooking. I also bought 2 units the same installed the same and the other is completely fine! AVOID ALL PURCHASES reclamation on its way, i bought through my spanish company so our legal team will go after them, always try to get out of paying, poor service very poor

I spent over €3000 on a BBQ from this store including accessories and it was delivered in September 2024. After 30 minutes, the first time I used it , it stopped working. They send somebody to fix it and it worked for a few minutes and the same thing happened so took it away. That happened within 2 weeks of it being delivered.
After chasing it was eventually returned to me in June 2025 (with the grill missing) and it still didnt work!

Avoid this company if you expect any service

I Chose this website to buy my barbeque accessoires because it stated a delivery time, well this had absolutely no meaning. A 2bday delivery is after 4 days still not arrived, also did not recieve any tracking info.

Better order outside Spain is faster delivery

The best advice in Spain about barbecue . They have everything and the custom service is incredibly good.
