Sold a sunscreen spray bottle that…

Sold a sunscreen spray bottle that doesn't work, wanted a replacement before my holidays but they asked me to return the product, couldn't be bothered wasting time. Next time, make sure the product you sell function or you get it well to the customer instead of wasting their time and money !

Excellent service

First time using MyOrigines and it wont be my last, fast delivery service to the UK, every step of the way I had email updates as to where my parcel was. Excellent service and excellent prices

I have not received my order

I have not received my order. I have been waiting for almost two weeks. I placed the order on June 2nd, as far as I remember. The app showed that my order would arrive on June 5th or 6th, but today is June 14th and I still have not received it. I have neither received a refund nor the order itself. I do not recommend this company.

Micellar Water.

My order arrived, but with only 3 bottles whereas I'd ordered 4. I also noticed that the cardboard box was wet, and it had been placed in a clear plastic bag with a tag. Unfortunately I didn't think to take a photo of it at the time and I do not know if the problem is yours or the delivery. I'd be grateful if you could look into this matter for me please.
