Excellent company

I love MyOrigines. I always receive products from them in good time and get excellent value for money. I find high end items with great discounts, then the product arrives in beautifully elegant packaging! Highly recommend this website because the MyOrigines Team actually care about their customers. Very bad after sale seevice I honestly…

Very bad after sale seevice I honestly do not recommend this shoping site. I have ordered the SkinCeuticals CE FERULIC for 150€ and it came broken with the liquid all over the package.
I have instantly contacted the client service on the 19th of May and sent them a mail with pics of the damaged product. No response… I later on called back 3 times asking them for an urgent solution because I was travelling for my summer vacation and each time their answer was we will treat your case urgently… I also sent them a 2nd email and still until now no answer no solution no refund. Don’t fall for their competitive prices it’s a trap and the after sale is unavailable. I lost 150€ in an unusable product.

I ordered Hugo boss the scent intense for her and received Hugo boss the scent intense for him. I sent photos of what I received and was told it was in fact correct. The weblink on the response shows the correct product, not what I received.
