Bashed up box
I bought a box of toy cars as a gift. I should have really done my research first! Not only did it take nearly two weeks to arrive, it was also much more expensive that other online companies. When it did arrive it was very bashed up, with the box being disfigured. The tape used to support the cover is an off yellow colour which leads me to believe it was sat on a shelf for a long time! I have emailed but no response. I am too embarrassed to give this to my nephew as a gift! I will not be buying from My Little Darling again.

Avoid this company at all costs
The Master Builder Engineer Set - Building games for beginners is cheap, shoddy and misrepresented in the adverts. It arrived damaged with small parts that a child of the age in the picture would easily choke on. There were no instructions included and when these were forwarded to me, they were woefully inadequate. I sent the requested photos and at first was offered 10 percent, then 30 per cent refund that has not materialised. I tried to return but the costs outweighed the effort.

Please do not order from this company. Their items are faulty and actually broke other items I had in my house (electrical items broke my electrical source). Extremely poor quality items and customer service were extremely rude and told me I would not receive any refund and the case was closed (after one email). I think they are a scam, so please avoid at all costs!!!

This company is worth 0 stars. Head Office is Netherlands but the cheap and very flimsy items are shipped from China. It took weeks to get delivered. After contacting them several times and being told it had shipped, it hadn't even been processed. Tried to cancel but was told it couldn't be done even though it hadn't been processed. When it finally arrived the boxes were so badly damaged they couldn't be given as a gift. I spent $126 AUD on 2 items that could be bought at a discount store for $5 each. Very annoyed.

Avoid this company. Terrible to deal with. Dishonest. I ordered a baby light and it arrived badly packed and damaged. The company kept stalling when I asked for a replacement item as the box is not suitable to be given as a gift and I do not know if the actual item is working. They offered me a 10% discount but I do not want a discount, I just want a perfectly boxed item. They keep saying they are looking into it and the team dont think the boxing is badly damaged. Misrepresentative and Extremely Poor Product Quality
Avoid at all cost. Product description and picture is nothing like what you receive. Product made in China and very poor quality. Ordered "Speed Wheels™ - Super Fast & Tough - 48 Racing Cars" which supposedly came in a carry case/garage. Carry case and garage was essentially a cardboard box that I immediately put in the recycling bin. "Super tough cars were cheap, flimsy and plastic and nothing like the picture or description. Company not to be trusted and completely misrepresent the products they sell. I repeat myself and other reviews when I say, avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all costs. Despite the appearance of their website, these are cheap items from China, completely misrepresented in the photos. The outfit I ordered arrived in the wrong size and it’s made from horrible cheap material, feels more like a bin liner than clothing.
I’ve reached out to return it for a refund. Dreading to see the rest of the order which hasn’t yet arrived.

** UPDATE: despite the comment below they never reached out to me. The only response I got was from the representative whom I reached out to in order to cancel my order which they would not do. Nor would they send me the return form until I received the item. I received the item yesterday, emailed twice today for a return form and have not received it yet.
If they have time to respond to these reviews maybe they could actually REPLY TO THE CUSTOMERS.

Tried to cancel order immediately after ordering as their delivery time changed to a later date and I needed the product quickly. It wasn’t shipped just listed as processing order on website.
Frustrating as now have to wait for delivery, then request a return form and then return item.
Won’t ever order from them again.
As a comparison, I had to do a similar thing on an Irish owned business, paid for item, then email said item to be shipped at a later date. Emailed customer service, order cancelled and refunded same day.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from here. Honestly one of the worst gifts received, completely bashed up box that looked like it came from a car boot sale. The items just thrown in the box without consideration. After a back and forth email exchange on the matter I just decided to settle for a 30% refund as I could not be bothered to return and risk wasting more money and not receiving a refund. They are a very very amateur drop ship business who probably does it from Bali. Don’t waste your money guys.

Not what it claims to be on its website
No mention of delivery times to the uk on their website; just the claim that items will be dispatched quickly. Item was ordered as a present and didn’t arrive in time.
The 1* review is actually due to the packaging: a plastic envelope on an expensive item. It turned up crushed and damaged so can’t even be given as a late present.
