Never sent the items and refused to refund after many emails

Do not buy from this company never received what I ordered in early February nor did I get a refund not even answering my emails at this stage.

Don’t Buy! Wish I read the reviews before purchasing, ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still nothing just get automated replies from their email address looks like a scam if not a scam just a very poorly run company

Gutted I didnt check this shop online first. Seemed legit. Had to preorder a gift as wasnt in stock at the time but giving ive ordered 2 weeks in advance for my nephews party I was expecting that be plenty of time. Party is tomorrow, still no parcel, having seen other reviews im not terrified I wont recieve the goods/ be sent the wrong item. I also wasnt aware the retailer is overseas. Will have to buy a new gift as to not show up empty handed.

Ordered a skipping rope a month ago now and still not delivered. No answer to chasing emails either. Will not be ordering from this company again

Complete waste of time, shit service, goods never delivered and i'm still waiting on money back since 14th January. I have sent them millions of chaser emails and they have never done a single one to follow up on things on their own. They had to be prompted to do so. Stay away from ordering anything from them especially if it needs to be shipped to the UK.

The worst and biggest scam retailer around, I never received what I ordered, and despite numerous emails of wanting to gain some info about the delivery, I was kept being sent a generic and unacceptable rubbish emails back to tell me that it was on its way!!!!? And it never got here.
Luckily I got a full refund from my bank, so thankfully I didn’t lose my money , but please do not shop from this retailer, do not trust them , and donot part with your money ,they are nothing but SCAM.

Do not buy. I ordered a coat for my 5 year old, waited 2 weeks to be told that the coat was not in stock and I needed to choose another coat. However the website stated that the coat and the design we had chosen was still in stock! The customer services representative suggested we chose another coat but how are you supposed to know what is actually in stock when the website is wrong?

I will be asking for a refund. The Trust pilot reviews on the website are complete lies and this company is in breach of it's responsibilities as a trader.

Do not use this organisation. First, I wanted to cancel my order within 5 mins or ordering becuase shipping was much longer than specified. They would not let me. All communication is via an automated bot. When the package finally arrive late, the package was crushed and evidently packaging was reused. I wanted to return it but found the cost would be exhoribtant to ship from UK to Netherlands and pay customs duty.
All in all a bad experience fwith an untrustworthy organisation.

Awful. Paid a lot of money for a product that was nothing like what was advertised. I have made a complaint and heard nothing back. The product arrived in a box that had Chinese writing and the truck had buttons with Chinese sounds. Parts were broken within 5 mins of my little boy playing with it.

If I could put zero stars I would. The truck we purchased was of poor quality and spoke ‘Chinese’. We had to return it to the Netherlands which was not clear when we purchased it and the delays in responding to our emails meant that we were out of time to get a refund

Item shipped from china with very little protective bubble wrap and arrived complete smashed. I asked for a refund and the company said they would issue a replacement. When I insisted on a refund they only refunded the cost of the item and not the £5.95 I paid for postage.

Trustpilot reviews on their website are misleading. Terrible communication and ethos. Do not shop here.

I ordered the toy and it was confirmed. Shortly after I was told that two and not one were confirmed and it was too late to cancel. I contacted them and they said I could return one. When they eventually arrived there was no paperwork with them. The toy was very poor quality. There was no returns label included and on checking their policy it proved both onerous and expensive. Do not put yourself at risk. Do not order from them.

Just received my order. Straight from China - an absolute piece of trash. Nothing like the picture and totally unusable. Have emailed company and id imagine I'll need to contact my bank for a refund.
Will never use this company again.

The magnetic train set it BRILLIANT. My grandson and me have had hours of fun. It really teaches creative problem solving to me and my 4 year old.
Customer service is great too - they replaced one of the trains with no issue

Avoid this company they are a con! I ordered an item which wasn’t as per advertised. Sent them a picture and the advertised picture. There response was “oh well, sorry you aren’t satisfied, you are too late to send the item back”.

Also check your statements more money was taken from my account than was advertised.

How this company is still allowed to trade is beyond me

Total scam of a company. Ordered a vacuum set, it came completely damaged - was clearly a box that had been opened and destroyed and taped back up. All bent and awful looking. I purchased it as a gift which I obviously couldn’t give as a gift. When I contacted the company they admitted that it’s unacceptable and only offered me a 10% refund. They proceeded to offer me 30% back when I pushed further. Then they said I could return it for a refund but would need to bear the costs of shipping to the EU from the UK. What a joke.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. When the toys eventually turn up, they are cheap rubbish - not as pictured. The box we got had clearly been returned by someone else, it was battered, ripped and taped together with random tape.

I’ve been generous with 1 star! This company is absolutely awful. Item arrived many weeks after estimated delivery. Customer services is just an AI generated response. They offered me a 30% refund which they have no intention of paying. The product is cheap and nasty, not fit for purpose. Steer clear of this company.
