I want to share my experience so others don’t fall into the same situation.
I signed up for a subscription that was clearly advertised at $8.49, but instead, I was immediately charged $25. No clear explanation, no transparency.
Then, without proper authorization, I was charged another $25.
When I contacted support, they completely ignored the pricing issue and kept referring to their “terms and conditions” instead of addressing the fact that the amount charged does NOT match what was presented.
They even offered a 50% refund — which honestly feels like a tactic to keep part of the money instead of fixing the mistake.
I barely used the service, yet they insist on keeping the charges.
This feels misleading and unfair, and I will be escalating this through my bank.
👉 Be careful before subscribing.
👉 Always double-check what you’re being charged.
If anyone else experienced something similar with this service, I’d love to hear.

I like a good amount of the content and…
I like a good amount of the content and subscription price for a year was very reasonable - that is what brought me in. But once I was in, I then got a tablet - in trying to get it set up I lost access to my subscription - customer service was GREAT! They had me set back up within 30 minutes! THAT is by far my main reason for staying!

Double scam!
Update April 7: Even though they charged me for VIP until May 1st, they cut off my access today because my weekly premium expired. They literally stole my money for the VIP period and blocked the service.
Even after I canceled the subscription, they tried to charge my card 4 times in one evening!
In their response to the comments, they are lying. They request data, but I have already provided all the required information.
They claim they do not charge without permission — that is a lie! Be careful and do not use this service!

I was drawn in through TikTok
I was drawn in through TikTok. I do not normally buy subscriptions but this was 2 weeks for $8.49. So I thought I would try it out. Downloaded the app, gave permissions to send me notifications. Something pops up about charging me but I skip it. They charged me for vip ( no idea for what exactly) at 14.99. I disputed but they wont refund my money for something I did not want. Be careful because those pop up windows do not tell you anything clear. They say it is one click pay, another way they can take your money.

While I was intrigued by the content…
While I was intrigued by the content the cost is not worth it. I paid $37 for 4000 coins. It left me with more than 4200 coins. I watch less than 5 episodes of the short I was watching. Next day I open the app and I watch and few more episodes of another new short. Now I'm being told I need more coins. I send an email and am told I used all my coins, each episode is 99 coins! Hell no! Too expensive for me and so not worth it. There are other platforms out there!
