Excellent platform with captivating video stories. Greta source of a quick emotional cocktail. Also want to express my gratitude to the customer service team - they quickly resolved my problem. I made two purchases, one by mistake. They cancelled it easily and returned my money back. It was very kind of them. It’s a prove they respect and love their audience.

Great customer service!

The customer service.
There was an issue with my account, totally my fault, and the team worked diligently to figure out what was happening.
They were consistently polite and patient, while helping me navigate options. They fixed it and all is well.
I truly appreciate Fin and Daria, and the rest of the MyDrama team who helped rectify the situation.

While I was intrigued by the content…

While I was intrigued by the content the cost is not worth it. I paid $37 for 4000 coins. It left me with more than 4200 coins. I watch less than 5 episodes of the short I was watching. Next day I open the app and I watch and few more episodes of another new short. Now I'm being told I need more coins. I send an email and am told I used all my coins, each episode is 99 coins! Hell no! Too expensive for me and so not worth it. There are other platforms out there!
