Repeat satisfied customer home cleaning
I use this company to clean my home weekly, and also to clean the second property I rent out, for deep cleaning in between tenants moving in/out. I have had only positive experiences with them and found them dependable. The family is not from the UK but I had no problems communicating. Prices and expectations were transparent and after all calls they followed up in writing on WhatsApp or email. I have recommended them many times and friends also speak well of them. Five stars.

ound this company to be totally unreliable. The cleaner cancelled twice at the last minute. The second time Lucas was able to find a replacement only 3 days later. The cleaners don't speak any English so it's impossible to communicate with them when they're here. My cleaning agreement was for weekly cleaning but they arbitrarily decided to send a cleaner only 3 days after the cleaner had come already. We were off schedule because their cleaner cancelled again the night before and for that they wanted me to pay for cleaning twice that week and they couldn't seem to understand when I declined. Absolutely horrible service!

Solid cleaning service
We had an issue with our bathroom/bathtub and repair work had to be done and we booked Adriana to come in after as it was a bit of a mess round the house and to get a deep clean after repair was sorted. We were told that they had covid deep cleaning treatment and we decided it would be good since there were a few people in and out doing the repair. Her team did a great job sorting everything out and were cautious when cleaning. Very police and helpful, would use service again.
