Damaged package, mixed food, no response from customer service
I placed an order for two different types of dog food (over €50). The company called me to say they only had a 12kg bag available instead of the 3kg I ordered, and asked if they could re-pack it into smaller containers. I agreed, going out of my way to accommodate their situation.
However, what I received was completely unacceptable:
The outer box was badly damaged.
The plastic containers were not sealed properly, opened during transport, and food spilled everywhere.
The two different foods I ordered got completely mixed together, which defeats the whole purpose of buying them separately.
I contacted the company immediately with photos, sending my complaint to two different email addresses listed on their website. It has now been more than a week and I have received no reply whatsoever.
I was willing to be flexible, but in return I received a product in a state that I cannot use and zero customer support. This is very unprofessional. I would expect at the very least either a properly packed replacement or a full refund. Sadly, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
