Very sad about the family Mutsaers company

Unfortunately I got a wrong product delivered and of course I contacted the Mutsaers family but they do not response in any way.
After sending four messages plus phoning they still haven't reacted.
I was so happy with my order but so unhappy after it got delivered and even more unhappy now since I keep getting mails with offers and a request to review the orders I placed.

Gorgeous Handbag

This is my second handbag I have purchased from Mutsaers. It is a gift for my daughter and it’s just as beautiful as my handbag. The craftsmanship is well done and solid.
Great communication. It took a little while to get the bag due to customs but worth the wait.

I got sent a wrong bag and then never…

I got sent a wrong bag and then never ever recieved the right one! I sent back the wrong one right away, and It's been almost a month since I purchase...no one give me a date or explaination, the right one never been sent..its a joke! Please either send the bag or return my money

No Customer service

Extremely slow response. Not customer focused. Due to it, instead of exchanging the product I bought and after several attempts over the phone (never answered and straight to a recorded message) and un-replied emails, simply returned the case.

The prettiest and most frustrating bag I own

I really want to be a fan of this brand, and I LOVE the LOOK of their bags! However 1) there is zero customer service, and 2) there are serious quality issues.
I've got the city bag it black. Love the look and general functionality, however even after one week it had started falling apart at the glued top seams, and the locking mechanism. I am constantly struggling with the lock not opening up, which is extremely frustrating and awkward. At least it's theft-proof that way. There is no spare keys or option to buy one. The original cross-body strap was extremely long and barely adjustable, I had to sort that out myself.
The back pocket is where I keep my phone/passport and other quick-access items. The pocket is closed with big rough zipper teeth that has cut my skin open on multiple occasions when I slide my hand in.
And lastly there is almost no way to contact the brand for information, help, care instructions, feedback or shipment tracking. Whatsapp is the only way I've found they somewhat acknowledge your inquires.

The item arrived in good condition as…

The item arrived in good condition as described by the seller. It arrived over a week later than expected probably due to being ordered near to Christmas. The seller was a little slow to respond to my query about the delay but the item arrived in the meantime. The Nederland Post service tracking system didn't have any information on the whereabouts of the item for a long time. Then the data appeared just before the delivery. Hence 4 rather than 5 stars. Would still be happy to use them again though.
