Absolutely Horrible service

Absolutely Horrible service. Contacted Music Tribe for tech support on Behringer Deep Mind 12 Keyboard. I submited a new ticket, waited 2 weeks for a response. Logged back into music tribe to find out the status shows problem solved, they never even responded to my ticket.
What a joke, can't believe how useless their tech support is.

Contacted to request a solution for a Turbosound IP500

Contacted to request a solution for a malfunctioning Turbosound IP500. First, the web site is very perky and happy looking, smiling faces all around! Then you have to register and their requirements for user name are frustrating. Communication is a one way street, after I finally got registered and sent my claim I received an email and I was issued a "Ticket Number". The email advised a service person would be contacting me with in 2-3 days. That has never happened and I suspect it never will. Their website is a facade, set up to give the consumer the false impression their issue with their purchase is being taken care of and their case will be resolved. I would not be surprised to find out the Music Tribe are the same people who call me about my car warranty expiring. A total waste of time which, considering Behringer is involved, I knew customer service would be non-existent. TH

Giving the minimum 1 star is too many…

Giving one star (the minimum) is too much for this terrible company. I don't know if they are in financial trouble and failing rapidly but they soon will be if not already. I spent 8 weeks trying to purchase from them. They have a great looking website but it is only useful for bored children who just want to chat. Most of their directors have abandon ship already it seems. Based in the Philippines apparently.

worst company ever

I've bought a set of tannoy gold 8 in august 2020.

Everything was good until the vinyl wrapping starts to make bubbles so i contacted them and they did nothing and they can't send me a new unit because they don't have any spare ?? they don't want to refund me as well.

Now January 2021, nothing happens.
No email, no replacement, nothing !

I wish i never bought from these scammers.

Registration is a brick wall

I tried to register a TC Electronics product. The registration page says my email address is invalid. I’ve seen this before with servers that think that a dot before the @ is invalid. I then used a second email address with no dot, and it is still rejected.

I then tried to register with Facebook, it gave me a suggested username of RickDeNatale which was rejected with the message “ Usernames must be at least four characters long. Username must start with a letter and should be alphanumeric.” which makes no sense. Their validation logic is obviously FUBAR.

They provide NO way to contact them without registering so I’m completely stymied.

I'm also dealing with Music Tribe

I'm also dealing with Music Tribe. They say one thing and do another. Am I going to half to take them to small claim court as well? We've been dealing with a Tour audio issue since March 2019 till now December 2020. Very inconsistant. Someone over there at Music Tribe needs to get the customer support back on track.

Couldn’t run a bath

Utter, utter incompetence from start to finish. Have had an open issue with them since August 2020 - now December 2020. Constantly chasing them for progress and being fobbed off. It did feel like the situation was progressing at one point but once again they dropped the ball. Now, only after telling them I’m going to a small claims court, have they started moving on this. I should be charging them for my time, inconvenience and emotions (as well as the fact of not having a working product since August). Total shambles. Never again!

Utterly incensed with the ZERO SUPPORT…

Utterly incensed with the ZERO SUPPORT from Behringer UK / musictribe, who I understand is their UK arm. I have an item under warranty that needs repair. ZERO HELP. No one returns my emails. No UK phone number. Website is full of pictures of their support staff, apparently on hand to assist in any issue. RUBBISH. I have opened 4 cases on their lengthy web forum which seems more interested in getting me to subscribe to stuff that helping me. I will never buy Behringer products ever again. If this firm is not aware of this (and plenty of other) feedback, then they are mad. Good luck. My mixer is now destined for the bin and I will buy Mackie instead. Love the look of the new MonoPoly synth but again, what do you expect me to do with it if I experience a problem? What if it needs repairing in 2 years? SHOCKING BEHRINGER.

What a joke we’ve been waiting almost 6…

What a joke we’ve been waiting almost 6 weeks and still have not heard anything on the repair of the Behringer speaker less than six months old I sent an email 14 days ago and I replied and said he would contact me within 24 to 48 hours still have not heard anything I definitely would not recommend music tribe big joke they are !

I’m in the uk and would like pre sales product advice. Is there a phone number or email address? Nope. Just a long winded process to subscribe. Which I won’t, they only want your email address for marketing. So thank goodness for BOSS , Roland know how to win customers! Avoid!!

Music Tribe support seemed to be…

Music Tribe support seemed to be responsive to help me when I needed to test something for them, but when it became apparent that the problem was broken hardware and not a setting issue they mysteriously disappeared. No responses to phone calls or emails.

Music Tribe Useless.......Legal Action to Follow

Pedro,

We have received this IPD2400 unit back, it is still not working and exactly
the same state as when it left here after 6000 ZAR in expenses to send to
your company.

Have requested numerous times the damage and repair reports before the unit
was sent back to us and have received zero responses from Music Tribe.

We actually are at a loss for words at the terrible service and uselessness
of your company representing a brand like Lab Gruppen.

We demand feedback from you and your company urgently or be sure we will
escalate this to the next level and broadcast this dismal state of affairs
to the best of our ability.

So sick and tired of this and highly annoyed and disappointed.

Didn't expect this from LAB GRUPPEN representatives of all places.

My advice don't go near Lab Gruppen product backed by these imbeciles.

SINBOSEN better product better price superior service

Left in the cold with a 120€ bill…

Left with a 120€ bill for a defect potentiometer although I still have warranty, doesn't respond to my mails anymore and now deleted my "care ticket" so I can't contact them anymore without going through the whole process again.
Thanks Music Tribe/Behringer, thanks A LOT!

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!
No chance to get in contact without registration for a music tribe account, though I had alread given my email address when registrating a product and had received a mail from musictribe.
After about a week, no answer to my actual request, but a mail, claiming to meet or even exceed my needs and an invitation for a customer satisfaction survey.
Now I am stuck with a stupid musictribe account I never wanted to begin with. There seems to be no easy way deleting it, so I have to contact customer service again. Oh my...

They promise and don't deliver!!

They promise and don't deliver. They promised in writing to replace a pair of Behringer Monitors. They promised to mail them. They never mailed them and no one has replied to me after 6 emails asking about the status. They are NOT a good company. Verify whatever products you purchase are NOT part of the Music Tribe Family.

I bought a Deepmind 12 synthesizer from…

I bought a Deepmind 12 synthesizer from Behringer, supposedly with a 3 year warranty. It would have been smart for me to heed the warning implied in the first one being defective, but I didn't, thinking, "a 3 year warranty is a decent promise. When the second one went bad, Behringer/Music Tribe had me send it for service; the service shop called to tell me they could find nothing wrong, so they sent it back unfixed. It still has the same issue (bad noise in the audio stream)...I've tried filling out their online form, but the web service won't accept it. Two days worth of trying to call, and every time, it's a busy signal. What a horrible company! Behringer will not ever get my business again.

I work for an AV company so deal with…

I work for an AV company so deal with MANY different companies and the customer care that comes with it (repairs, purchases, questions, etc). This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails, even when it is an urgent matter regarding expensive purchases for their failing equipment that needs repair. They do not care about their customers at all. Once they have sold you equipment, good luck getting them to service it when it inevitably falls apart.

Paid for repair of a TC Electronic…

Paid for repair of a TC Electronic interface - didn't work out well. Communications was slow and tedious. They completed the repair rapidly, but unfortunately, poor return packaging left the unit damaged on arrival to me. Again communications was very tedious and Music Tribe telling me I had to make the claim with the courier. I made the claim, knowing full well the sender makes the claim, the courier told me this and Music Tribe are still trying to sort things out! I will not be buying TC now they are part of Music Tribe - sorry you just lost my custom and the significant number of clients I service.

Behringer make great speakers and subwoofers, and if something goes wrong, they fix it! (3 year warranty)

Really great mid-range speakers and subwoofers.

I purchased a set of EPS500 speakers with an amplifier and they've been great for parties at home. I topped up the sound with a B1200D subwoofer and although after a year of use it broke, Behringer fixed is on warranty very quickly, and I didn't have to pay for any of the shipping.

If you do buy from them, I recommend registering your product with them, because that's what gives you the 3 year warranty.
