We're a Covid-19 Support Group and the support we've had from Mushroom has been incredible. We wouldn't be able to do what we do as well and as efficiently as we do without their services. We have a telephone line that community residents can call and be routed to the various ways we can help at the touch of a button, whether it be our food/supply bank, shielding shopping support or mental health advice. They've adapted to our evolving needs and always been responsive and helpful (often chasing me for the info they need so they can get it done sooner!).

I came across Mushroom when they were offering assistance during the current Covid-19 pandemic. As an admin for a local support group one of the issues we had was only having 1 phone line for the public to reach us.

Mushroom talked us through a system they could offer via Zioper which would not only allow us to answer 5 calls at anyone time but also work from home which was safer and offered us voicemail too.

They also provided us with guidance and assistance in drawing up a privacy policy which was another main concern we had.

All their staff were were exemplary whether by email or phone and nothing was too much bother for them. We had a slight technical hitch with their solution during the first week which was solved within hours.

And what is more they did all of the above at their own expense.

A shining example of what you would want from any business and such a breath of fresh air that they were putting people and not profit first. I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future for any of your business needs.

They helped us through the daunting task of Furlough, supported our Accounting, HR and Legal side of things before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.
