I bought something from them then I had 6 transcations of my card from this place I got scammed so trying to get my money back also it has gone through to the fraud team now do not buy anything from this site they will take one payment then scam your card and take money from it disgusting!!

I had 3 transactions on my account showing blossombeauty-bar.com that I didn’t recognise followed by conversion fees for GBP to USD. It was this company. I had ordered one of their crap toys in June and they have since taken 2 more payments, in total £74. The bank are investigating and refunding. Do not go near!

Ordered a mushplushie toy at the start of June, got charged £15.65 (more than I agreed to amount online) from a company that was called PowerPro Fitness, (not mushplushie) and I did not agree to terms and conditions as couldn’t actually see them, then got charged £27.62 on 21st June from company called PowerPro Fitness again, reported to my bank as never received my toy, it arrived 2 days later and not good quality at all! Bank cancelled my card to stop any further payments being withdrawn but today 18th Jult £31.75 has been withdrawn from same company! How are they getting money Fm account! I am going to see bank tomorrow again as scared to keep money in account now in case they take it all but have no option for day to day living. I did contact Mushushie online and heard nothing back 😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered 2 plushies and they took months to deliver it I paid when i ordered them and they are still trying to charge me money don’t order from this site it’s a scam.

We received our order today after thinking it was a scam and canceling credit card. I’m happy with product, but not the way they do business, as I was charged twice for shipping which should have been one order. Won’t use again.

Appalling weighted cheetah come today and it's not weighted whatsoever very miss shapened not much stuffing inside it either and not forgetting it was in a vacuumed tight bag too doesn't even look like the picture at all supposed to orange ish with yellow and it's all over yellow

Do not buy from this company... they do not sell what's advertised..Poor quality.. but when you do buy they double the amount and also take multiple payments.. I'm on my third now with no response

What others have said...I was charged for the expedited shipping which I didn't select. When I challenged it, I was told that I was charged sales tax in the same line! Sales tax for a $9.95 item is less that $1 not $5. The charge doesn't show as Mush plushies or anything close. My charge was for FashionFellas. I did take the opportunity to cancel the "membership" which I was told I signed up for at time of purchase. There was no way to opt out at the time of checkout. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Never had it that you can’t cancel your order even if you don’t even have a tracking number ?! Felt weird !
After reading all these reviews, I don’t feel too stupid anymore 😂 means Im not the only one who fell for a scam AGAIN !
Called the company to cancel my “subscription”. The guy on the phone said it is now cancelled ?! We will see… but I already called AMEX for a replacement card.
Will definitely NEVER buy anything that gets advertised on Facebook again !

SCAM! Dont ever buy from them. You can't even find legal location of the company in the US. Product is made in china.

Just received our plushie and it actually isn't bad but did get charged an additional $34.95 as well. Looked on my transactions and there was a number listed so I called it and they said I'd get a refund for the $34.95 and that my card that was used would be blocked from them accessing it anymore. We'll see

Deceitful about this being a subscription service and impossible to just click to end subscription!

1. The products they advertise can be bought from Amazon or Walmart.
2. They hide the fact that you are signing up for a very expensive "subscription" in their "billing terms and conditions."
3. They switch you to expedited shipping for a higher charge no matter what shipping you select.
4. The actual charge on your credit card will not be from mushplushies, but from any one of a variety of companies that they use to hide their scams. (Hair Houdini,.Hair Frisco, etc., more are mentioned in other reviews.)

Absolutely disgraceful. I checked my bank statement just after receiving my item, 2 weeks after ordering. My bank statement has 2 transactions from Cutiessqueezing.com. One for £15.67 and the other £27.47. I also opted for standard shipping and then noticed that I was charged express shipping, bringing my total to $19.90. I'm from the UK, but even I know none of this is right. Complete and utter joke of a "business". PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought 2 little otters from this website- as a. “ expected one if purchase!” Only discover 10 days later I am paying for a vip membership that I knew nothing about unless I read the pages and pages of terms and conditions!
Now can’t find a single way to stop the subscription:
I believe an absolutely disgusting way to run a “small business “ at least warn people that their membership will happen invoice so that you can stop it if you truly only meant to get a one off purchase!!! Never again!!! Tried multiple times since discovering the cost on my visa with no luck of resolving the situation

Literally what everyone else is saying! A complete scam, they hide some sort of subscription in their terms and conditions, save your credit card details and then charge you a subscription for goodness knows what. They don't send you any information about this apparent subscription and when you challenge them on it, they say you have consented to it. Fraudulent company for sure!

Total scam at close out prices - bought 4 of Mush Otters-Very smal size-none worked ie no sound or vibration-all came squashed and defective- Do not buy!!!

This company is an absolute joke. My boyfriend bought me the anxiety otter for our anniversary a few weeks ago and initially we thought everything was alright and legit as we were being sent shipping updates and order confirmation emails, however, after a while things started to seem weird. I tried to track the parcel as I was very excited to receive it, and whilst doing so I was alerted that my order number did not exist and the shipping company was fake. This order was made on the 6/6/24 and my boyfriend was charged $30 successfully. Today, the 17/6/24, he received another charge of over $50 from the same company. After checking again on the websites provided tracking link, our order number and tracking number are still "invalid". This company is a complete scam and total rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Unfortunately we did not come across these reviews until too late, hopefully this helps someone from being scammed like us xx
