Stay away from this company!! I ordered thru Instagram backpacks for child and they keep charging me every month repeated $39.99 twice a month! Dont anything from Instagram go thru Amazon

These guys are total scammers. They take money every month from your account and the toy they sell is a cheap piece of garbage. Stay away. They are selling things to help children with anxiety, and taking advantage of people who are already having a hard time. It took me a while to discover they’d been taking $75 a month for a “subscription” when the toy itself was only $16.

I should have checked rating before ordering from them. First they overcharged and eventually refunded - but then they fraudulently charged additional monies without my knowledge or consent. It’s now 3 months later, numerous emails, and they claim they’re still processing my refund - using the excuse “it takes time to process “. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Beware. Goods were in U.S dollars on Australian website
Within five minutes of placing the order I cancelled it and was told I couldn't cancel it
I got the goods and they are absolute garbage
Save yourself some grief and stay away from this company

Not-so-free Club-fee
I tempted to give one star but decided to give 2 because products are cheap and customer service tried to help and explained that something has to be manually checked to order this VIP service.
Plushies were delivered and they are good compare to price. But somewhere arrive "Mushplushies Club" which shows as Free in order confirmation but caused 40USD monthly fees before got noticed. Customer service replied quite fast and I got payments back via credit card company. Daughter (which orderer one to his friend) did not because his bank card company vetoed 2 months older payments are too old.

This website is fraudulent, I tried to place an order for an otter plushie My 3-year-old daughter. The order was never placed got a text message from my bank "03Apr $19.90 HERCULEANHAVEN. Is this fraud Y or N". If you wish to buy a otter. Go to The Fisher-Price website, it's a Fisher-Price soothe and snuggle otter.

Upon ordering a toy, this company starts automatically charging monthly fees for a "subscription" of a possibility to buy more with a discount. Do not fall for this!!!

Disgusting! Take your money for an item that lasted less than 2 days, then again take funds from my acct. I emailed asking why "oh you didn't deselect the recurring amount option"
So i looked everywhere to find how to cancel, to no avail, now 3 emails later, being ignored.
NEVER have i had such a bad dealing with any online purchase before.

Would give 0 if I could. Absolute SCAM. Do not buy. They send shitty items and charge people twice.

Internet Fraud.
This company is flat out an internet fraud company, you purchase an item and then they continue to steal from your credit card. BEWARE!

INTERNETFRAUD
If you buy from this company you automatically become a VIP member, otherwise they won't send you your order. Then your credid card will be monthly charged with a dubious fee. We had to get a new card in order to stop it.

This is the WORST company ever!! After placing 2 orders I received confirmation for the delivery and a few days later they said it was returned because the address was wrong. They have not responded to my 15+ emails. I have 1 grand child that was just born and another on the way. I want what I ordered it a refund!!

I ordered a plushie on the 3rd still haven't received it. It was for my great grandson. I'm really upset. They've also taken 40 dollars from my account now just in the last few days. Can't afford that live on 600 a month

When I placed the order I never received a confirmation number. I finally received it after 3 weeks leaving me to believe it came from China when they claim to be based in the USA. I was over charged on shipping and charged an extra $39.95. They won’t respond to my emails. Worst company I’ve ever worked with. I would not recommend them!!!

I have sent numerous emails to cancel this and in fact i never even hit the submit order button because I read that it was a subscription and I did not want that ever. They continued to ignore me and have charged me 40 dollars for something I do not want. And I will cancel my debit card in order to stop it. You shouldn't force subscriptions on people.

I ordered a mushpuppy took over a month and all I got was a stuffed animal!
no breathing as described SCAM SCAM and their still on Facebook. Alot of scams on FACEBOOK

Took almost a month to receive one of those mushplushie breathing otters. The packaging was none existent (simply put in a plastic bag and then stuck in a courier bag).
Then found it doesn't operate as it is supposed to.
Emailed to inform of the defect, still waiting on a reply.
Furthermore, and unknown transaction of over $70 has come from my account. Bank has blocked any online purchasing and will now need to get new card.

SCAMMERS- ORDERED PLACED ON 11/23/2024, WAS CHARGED MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN. ITEM STUCK SUPPOSEDLY IN NJ SINCE 12/10,
THEN I HAVE FRAUD CHARGES ON MY CARD AFTER I MADE THIS PURCHASE , HAD TO CANCEL CARD AND TILL THIS DAY THEY STILL TRYING TO USE IT...

I just had to cancel my debit card because of the forced subscription MushPlushies pushes.
I will NEVER order from their site again.
