I order I mush plushie paid for the item and the delivery charge which was fine then I went to my bank 2 week after to find they taken 33.65 out my bank carnt get in contact with them no telephone number nothing am absolutely disgusted. With his company .because I want my bank refunding

They lie about their products and then violate UK trading laws stating that they will not issue a refund as the onus is on the customer to research the product. In the UK you are legally entitled to return a product within 30 days just because you changed your mind. This company is in violation of this law. Further they have lied in the product descriptions to intentionally mislead customers. The links on the email communications do not work, it is almost impossible to contact a member of staff and there is no option to leave a review (now I know why). The product was advertised as weighted on Instagram and it is not. It also looks nothing like the pictures and is awful quality. From my perspective they are intentionally targeting neurodivergent individuals with this scam as weighted cuddly toys and blankets are used by us to regulate our nervous systems. There is a tendency to be impulsive, and with limited info being available on their website and their returns policy being a big f you to the customer, it is clear that their organisation is designed to sell substandard products for a profit targeting vulnerable individuals. It is disgusting behaviour and is illegal. I cannot believe nothing has been done to stop it

This company is a complete scam! Bought the original otter for really cheap and was delighted with myself. I have now been charged twice over double the amount what I paid. I've emailed them multiple times and no one is getting back to me. What a scam!

They have been taking fraudulent payments from my account which I am changing asap!
I bought the otter plushie at the end of July. The company Mush has then made fraudulent purchases from another companies.

This website is a scam, please don't buy from them.
I wanted to order an otter with standard shipping and they did fast shipping without my permission (more money paid off course!), then they asked if I wanted to add another otter for just 3.99 dollars and I wanted to at that point, thinking it would be good for a gift, well they charged me the whole amount once again, fast shipping included! I emailed them 4 times since the order to get the second one canceled, but no response. Then I found out I agreed to an expensive membership just buying those items! Thanks to this wonderful webisite and other people's reviews I was able to know what to do: I immediately deactivated my debit card and made my bank send me a new one. I will have to wait 10 days, but that is for the best. I am still waiting on my order, but now I've red that it plays a tune, I don't like it, I wanted a quiet breathing not music! It made me very sad reading all the reviews from caring parents and grandparents who were hoping to give a calming toy to their beloved kids and grandkids and got scammed instead. I was buying for myself cause I have anxiety and trouble sleeping, I guess we can be grown up children too, feel sad for all of us, scammed because we loved the idea of a cute toy breathing. This is way more sad than other scams for this reason, I guess. I hope we can get good stuff in the future, we just have to learn from this: ALWAYS RESEARCH FOR REVIEWS AND STUFF BEFORE BUYING ONLINE!!!

They have charged my card after paying, I wrote so many e-mails no respond. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Don't buy. I have today canceled my Visa and reported to the Swedish Police. So now I don't have a card for a few days and 1000 Swedish kronor they took from me. Also it is to loud and cant turn of the sound. I will now always read review before purchase. This makes me bott angry and sad. I was stupid to think I could trust social medias beening with companys that are safe. I learned my lesson now the Hard way.

Don't buy from this Company.... I bought a teddy for my Godson in July it cost me about €20 . It worked was lovely bear he was so delighted but before you buy please read reviews because I didn't and was being charged €38.89 and €36.00 in the last two months, I didn't subscribe to a monthly subscription but it's on the "Terms and Conditions" on page 56 🙄 that they take this money from your account monthly..... I'm guessing I'm going to have learn from this and not buy from anything online again it's a pity to be honest because most ppl are decent and Company's like these Scammers are takin it from the decent ppl ......

This is a scam. The product is sub par and they take way more out of your account than the so called purchase price. I've just been on the phone to the bank to cancel my credit card after they have taken over $100 already.

With otters you will have mistic VIP abonemet and they will charge money from your bank acount every 3 weeks.

This is not original sleepy Otter. It is with loud sound , and you cant turn it off. Very sad, it cant help with stress and sleeping, you cant turn on if you really want to sleep.

Omg!! Just read the other reviews about the mystery transactions in your bank account. Fraud! I immediately checked my bank account, so far there is nothing suspicious. I will keep checking. I ordered the otters on 2.09.2024, the product arrived on 13.09.2024, even though I paid for fast delivery. Some HAIRFRIS.com received the money the item came from China.
Yes i have in my order , 2 otters and One Mushplusies VIP. Then i think they will try charge money from me. I think i need change bank card. 🤬

Editing a review. Yes, they are scammers!!! Do not buy anything from Mushplushies .com. Today, 17.09.2024, Hairfris.com (the same one that received the money the first time) took another 41 euros from my bank account! The only option is to block the bank card.

They won’t answer e-mails and keep drawing money from my account! Don’t by from them!!!

Immediately upon placing an order my credit cards flagged as fraud for two of them. ENOUGH SAID AND ORDER COULD NOT BE PLACED!!! FRAUD

My wife ordered item here, along the item came free VIP subscription.

They forget to mention that free subscription will be 40$/month after 10 days.

They did ship item and it was ok, but after 10 days they started to charge 40$ every mont from credit card and they did not reply to subscription cancelling mails.

I was billed for express shipping when I wanted standard, charged in US dollars though ordering from Canada. (The charges came from 2 hair care sites)
Then, I was told I could not cancel order or return even if it was defective!!

2 weeks later a random $65 charge came out!! I will be contacting my credit card company.

I ordered one of these plushies and was charged for Express Delivery which I hadn't asked for. On my card account it said Glowforskin. They then took another £34.32 10 days later. Reading other reviews people say you are signed up to a subscription but there was no mention of that when I bought the otter. It is a scam. I contacted my card
company who are going to dispute the charge and send out a new card to me. The otter itself is not very good. It plays a tune and the breathing is weird. You cannot have it on silent.

I have sent 5 emails now, as no one will reply to my correspondence!!! :-(
After clicking standard shipping I was charged express shipping without my permission. I ordered two Otters, which came in the same package but was charged for two express shipping costs. The description doesn't say it plays a tune and the annoying musical tune can't be turned off. I just wanted the gentle breathing, which also does not sound like normal breathing. Overall this is not what I expected and the customer service is Nil.

I just first of all want to go on and thank everyone who has placed a review on this Mush company. I was just about to place an order but decided to come on and read the reviews first, and I am so glad that I did because everyone just saved me money I couldn't afford to give away, as well as a ton of headaches that I didn't feel like giving away. So I just want to thank you all for your reviews. There should be some way that we can report these companies and have them removed from our social media to prevent people's hard-earned money or people who are on limited incomes from being taken advantage of. I make it a habit to read the reviews before making purchases but that's not the case for everyone. Let's continue to help one another and keep posting reviews. Thank you everyone.
Update: there is a way to go on Facebook and report that the website is spam. When you see this website, please report it; this way, we can keep everybody safe.

Scam! Wish I read reviews first 🙈 charged me way more and for next 3 months! Trying to get my money back but doubt it will happen. Hard lesson to learn 🤬

I wish I could give zero stars! My card was hacked and they kept trying to charge it after I changed to a new debit card! Praying no money comes out because my bank is good about stopping charges.

This is a scam. Never received the product and got extra charges from another company connected with this one.
