The product quality was poor. The dresses I ordered was that shiny material. Customer service was responsive but it is a Chinese company and return shipping was over $70. I was able to obtain an $8 refund and keep items. So they tried to help but I need a company I can return items to reliably.
I like this company! The clothing/shoes are very fashionable and stylish, but it does take awhile to arrive tho. Would definitely recommend to others.
I ordered from them twice, love the dresses so much. Very silky and comfortable. Got them after a couple weeks as expected when you order from overseas. Size was just right and they were the same as shown on the website. Would definitely order again.
I've order from them 2 or 3 times now and I've never had any problems and products are exactly as described. I'm in US, so shipping takes a little longer but even that isn't too bad. I'd definitely purchase from them again.

I received an order that i did not purchase and when i emailed about canceling the order I was told that it had already shipped. i tried to email company to return and never heard back. Terrible customer service.

What is shown on website is not the same in person. Quality of fabric.. style and look are completely different. Customers service not very helpful.
