Visited for the first time, extremely nervous as a result of past experiences elsewhere, but Nurse Tania was incredible and made me feel at ease. She was so gentle and she made the whole experience calming. Really pleased with the results. Clean, professional environment, highly recommend.

I have visited Essex Cosmetic twice now, and both times have been amazing. I had treatments carried out by Michaela and Charley, but all staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone is very easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease and comfortable.

I also liked that they won’t advise treatments to you that you want, but that they feel you don’t need, or will recommend other procedures to suit your face better. Their knowledge is outstanding and they take the time to explain everything to you in great detail.

I would never go anywhere else 🫶🏽

Chantelle has been doing my lips since first getting filler a year ago and it has always been a great experience. She is so talented with her work, I always leave feeling confident and happy & the reception staff have always been so welcoming and friendly. Will never go anywhere else & the whole building is so beautiful and relaxed.

Charley is amazing I visited the Chelmsford clinic last week to have lip filler, we had a change of plan and Charley said to have some more dissolving to get the best results, I really appreciated that she was honest and had my best interests at heart. She also managed to fit me in to have my lips refilled before my holiday this week. After not having lip filler for 6 years she made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job, my lips have never looked so good! Thank you xxx

Essex cosmetics came highly recommended by a friend and I can absolutely see why. The clinic is immaculate and beautifully decorated with free easy access parking.

I chose to have my treatments done with Nurse Charley, she was warm welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, she guided me with what treatments to have as I was unsure on what would look best for my face. She made me feel completely at ease as I was a little nervous initially.

The clinic have been prompt and reassuring with my questions post treatment and I’m looking forward to having my treatments done there from now on.

I love their work and their approach to aesthetics, they provide natural looking enhancements and less really is more.

Charley is fantastic, she’s good at making you feel at ease when you’re apprehensive and she, like the others are always at the end of the phone if you need them!

i have been going to see charley for 3 yrs now and before that i had some not so great experiences at other clinics . Having had disastrous lip fillers before by someone I was very skeptical about doing it again. A friend of mine recommended Muse! I am so pleased she did because the whole experience was so much nicer and my lips look amazing. Tania really knows what she is doing and put me at ease straight away!

I have been coming to the clinic since September 2021 and since then I have been treated by Nurse Chantelle, Nurse Charley and Nurse Tania who are all so lovely and light-handed you forget you’re being injected sometimes! Every time I come to the clinic, it is the utmost level of professionalism, I actually feel like they educate you properly about the procedures before going ahead and maintain a easygoing environment that you feel safe in. It feels good to know that you’re in the hands of true medical professionals as the aesthetics industry is so unregulated right now, I will never go anywhere else even though I am trekking from West London every time!

I have been coming to Chantelle for a few months now for Botox treatment. I used to get filler however I wanted a change to look more naturally and I have put all my trust into Chantelle and have no regrets at all! She does the most amazing job and is so knowledgeable and caring. She is has great attention to detail and is very honest on what suits my face. Couldn’t recommend Chantelle anymore if I tried and could never go to anyone else! Truly the best!!

I have been coming here for about 2 1/2 years after having migration in my lips and needing them dissolved and starting again. I also have Botox on my forehead and crows feet. I have seen Charley and Chantelle and both are equally great, professional, knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything, including the risks.

What I like the most about this clinic and their nurses, I’ve never been upsold… friends of mine have stories about going for one thing and being told they need 10 others, I often go thinking I want three and leaving being told I only needed one. It’s so hard to trust someone with your aesthetic tune ups, especially when you’ve relocated from another country. I found Essex Cosmetics on Instagram about nine months before I moved to the UK. I’m from the LA area. These practitioners are some of the finest and I would go as far to say that they are better than the Nurses and Doctors I’ve seen in LA. All of these women are so passionate about what they do. What’s even better about their practice (besides their impeccable skills) is that they pass on their knowledge to the patient. For me, as a client, I want to stay informed about my procedures and the after care treatment. The nurses at Essex Cosmetic keep you informed every step of the way. They even have an after hours line, should you need it. My first treatment was with a lip augmentation with Nurse Charley. We discussed my journey with lip fillers (I’ve overfilled and dissolved in the past). She was careful not to overfill my lips. A great practitioner will not oversell you on products. The results were beautiful, naturally plumped lips!! My second treatment was anti-wrinkle and Profhilo with Tania. Besides her being a lovely person, she is so careful and gentle. She consulted with me every step of the way. I will only trust the fabulous caregivers at Essex Cosmetics with my face. I’m looking forward to my next round of treatments! It is worth the journey from Putney to Loughton!
