I’ve recently completed onboarding and received my first prescription from Leva Clinic, and the experience has been excellent so far. The service has been professional, supportive, and very well organised throughout.
Dr Camilleri was fantastic, thorough, knowledgeable, and clear in explaining all the treatment options available to me. I felt properly listened to and fully informed before making any decisions.
Although I’m still early in my journey with the clinic, the on boarding and initial prescription process has been smooth and reassuring. I’m very pleased with the care and support I’ve received so far.
I have been with leva for over a year and they were great every step of the way. Having semi frequent check ins with a pharmacist or doctor were always positive. I was always listened to and heard out completely. All questions were answered and overall everything went very smoothly! I have emails for every check in and invoice, and the app was super easy to navigate. When the app failed I could email and I was promptly replied to with instruction or explanation.
My only complaint is the pricing of these check ins and reviews as id be paying £240(£120 for flower, and £75- £99) every three months for a medication review. This just isn't sustainable for me but it may work for you! I've recommend Leva to anyone I could, and will continue to do so.

The Dr explained things well. I am only on day 3 on small nightly dose but already feeling a big reduction in pain & huge improvement in sleep quality. I don't think my dose will have to go up much to get things under control!

Has to be worse medical clinic . I have had to wait 6 weeks sometimes 7 weeks before I got my regular " monthly " prescription. Medicine out off stock and not be informed your meds not available, happens alot . Then if you want to speak to consultant, you have to pay again , even though its not your fault your meds are out off stock or wrong . In my opinion ADVOID

Rude Doctors who clearly don’t care about you. The only good thing about the clinic is they have seemingly replaced their entire admin team with one person who has been more helpful then anyone else put together
Appalling customer service. Arranging a follow -up appointment is virtually impossible. Trying to speak with someone in person is even more difficult. On top of these problems they somehow managed to send the wrong prescription to the pharmacy, which is most concerning. Based on my experience, I would recommend people try one of the many other clinics offering the same service. The last thing anyone suffering from persistent pain needs is to have to try and deal with an organisation that is impossible to contact.
I registered and provided all my medical records as requested along with the £99 fee for the initial consultation.
My consultation was booked and confirmed. I cancelled other appointments to be at this appointment and showed up to the consultation on time but the consultant didn't show up.
After waiting for about 10 mins, I rang the number registered on the site numerous times but the phone just rang then give me a useless automated message.
The service is not cheap with a £99 initial consultation fee then the cost of the medication. There seems to be a lack of patient care, communication and consideration at the beginning of this journey which has left me feeling pessimistic about dealing with Leva Clinic going forward.
I am pleased to report that the treatment prescribed by Leva has had a significant positive impact on my well-being. Within a week of commencing the treatment regimen, I have experienced a marked improvement in my anxiety and depression. Additionally, the pain in my joints has diminished, allowing for increased mobility and freedom of movement. As a result, I now wake up each morning with a renewed sense of optimism and the ability to engage in a wider range of activities.
This is my first time using Leva clinic. It’s been an amazing experience from the beginning and it’s so easy to use. I highly recommend using Leva to everyone

It ist early on my treatment but good results are already happening. I feel sad that I had to wait so long 😩 to find my way to leva clinic as nobody recomended and I have being in chronic pain 😢 for a long time so thank you leva clinic for working so efficient and incredible supportive during my journey. The consultant was really nice, the medication came very quickly and is very good quality.
It’s early days but very happy so far.
If I’d realised it would be so easy I would have done it years ago.
Just great not to have to worry about getting into trouble when all I need is my medication.

I was with another clinic, and although the medication helped enormously, the other clinic was hopeless at ensuring prescriptions on time. As a result my treatment was less effective. Leva and Curaleaf have been brilliant, script notifications and medicine arrives in time. Has resulted in a huge improvement in how my pain, anxiety and depression has decreased.

It has made a huge difference to my quality of life already. If feels great to finally be legally allowed to medicate with this wonderful herb. It doesn't make my pain go away but it becomes manageable and I find myself coping in ways I couldn't do without it.

Firstly I would just like to share this time to thank all at leva clinic, that have been involved in my care and pain management journey so far.. it has been exemplary. From screening process to medical prescription. Amazing five stars to my dr and my pain management specialist, and of course the patient customer services very quick to resolve any issues or queries about any part of the process, I have chronic pain and some mental health, I feel leva have the right support all within the leva app to support you fully on your pain management journey. I feel blessed to be a patient my future is looking bright now, even with complex needs leva have not been put off by this and they exceed where others would fall.
