When I ordered my mug it was for a very special occasion, my dear friend who now lives in Austria. I needed it to come in time for her birthday. The delay wasn't anything to do with Muggby? It was the the carrier Evri that let me down. I did contact them and eventually it arrived with one day to spare for me to post. So fingers crossed she will receive it in time.

The mug was very well protected in a box and arrived safely. Bought the mug for my granddaughters birthday. She loved it. Would have liked a little more choice of cats, as her cat is called Socks and has white fur on his legs which look like socks. He also has white patches on his back. Appreciate you probably couldn't see his front legs on the mug, but just think a splash of white on a black cat might just have made it just a bit more personal. Thought the whole idea was quite lovely and glad I spotted the website. Have recommended your website to other family members and look forward to purchasing from you in the future. Well done.
