The new Studio backpack you purchased (like all our models) is equipped with YKK Japanes zips, which are amongst the best available on the market. Consider that zips on new products can be a bit hard initially, but they should become more smooth over time.

Qualitatively satisfied with a small issue
Overall it was a good quality product, but the color choice for the inner layer of the backpack for example orange, is not shown in the pictures. Maybe the customers do not like that so that is why I cannot give it the best rating.

The 3 ways bag you purchased (Kamura) has actually a large compartment specifically designed to host a laptop, up tp a 15,4" one. It's the rear one, and it's also equipped with a removable padded bottom devised to protect your pc from accidental bumps. Have you by any chance received a different model? If you do please get back to us and we'll make things rights.

The site is easy to use and the classic bag I bought is beautiful. However, within the first few hours of use the main zip has become snagged on the overlapping flap. This is a basic design fault and intensely frustrating.

We have added over time a ribbon around the upper part of the zip to protect the coating of the fabric, is it where the zip gets snagged? Please consider that our zips (which are Japanese Ykk, the best on the market) tend to run more smoothly after some time and use, does it get any better when you run the puller up and down? If it doesn't please send us pics or a short video by email (hello@mueslii.com), let's see how we can fix this.
