I ordered a pair of jeans. They did not fit to my satisfaction. I contacted customer service. They responded very timely and provided me the directions to receive an altered replacement that met my needs. Highly recommend this company.

Set up account to get my measurements to order some pieces for a wedding but they get your info take a video of me then a picture of my room without me In the picture ? Just to not get my measurements in the end apparently you have to trust them so just order whatever they have to measurements. I wanted to compare to the measurements I have just gotten but no you do not get them handed to you after all that so don’t waste your time if you want to do what I did compare before but no there commercial’s lie to you they do not give them out I Could not get mine after a half naked video they now have

My husband was never able to find jeans that fit correctly as he aged. MTailor has saved the day and the jeans they made fit him perfectly. The fabric they use is wonderful and the turn around time was faster than we expected. Customer service was excellent as they reached out before cutting the jeans to make sure the fabric choices were correct. I accidentally put in the wrong color for one of the jeans and they quickly fixed it and sent me a copy of my order corrected. We were also contacted after delivery to make sure my husband was pleased with the jeans. The jeans may seem pricey for men’s jeans but are well worth every penny.

I saw the Mtailor ad on TV and thought I would treat myself to a pair of their custom jeans. I created and account, downloaded the measurement app and followed the measurement instruction.

The jeans were $119 and since I live in Canada they charge a shipping fee of $30. These funds are in US dollars so the $149 charge came to $204 Canadian.

The jeans arrived three weeks later and the Canada Post delivery person gave me an invoice for GST/HST taxes. This was another $29 which brought the total to $233. There post office also had a $9.95 handling charge.

When I tried on the jeans they were 2 sizes too small. I could not do up the waist or the zipper. I contacted customer service and they asked me to provide 3 photos of me trying to wear the jean. The customer service people were very nice and helpful.

They said that they would use the photos of the much too tight jeans to make the measurement adjustments and remake my jeans. (I am not sure why their measuring app which is 20% more accurate than a tailor was not used again.) These are the adjustments they are making.
+2" to the waist
+1.50" to the hips
+1.50" to the thigh
+1" to the knee
+1" to the calf
+1" to the leg opening

The re-make jeans were shipped on January 20 using USPS and made their way around the USA and arrive today 4 weeks later.

I picked them up at the local post office and paid another $29 for taxes and service charges, so now the cost of my jeans is $262 Canadian.

The new pair fit reasonably well although they are a little tight on the waist and again I am not sure why the measurement did not work and adjustments were made using a photo me trying to wear the first ones.

If you are a Canadian customer just remember prices are in US dollars, you will pay $30 US for shipping and another $30 to Canada Post for taxes. If you purchase something more expensive like a $700 USA blazer you will need to pay $30 US for shipping and $132 Canadian in extra charges on delivery.

I was very hesitant about ordering for the first time because of the unusual way they measure you over the phone. My jeans came in just right and I will be ordering from them again!!!!

I'm 5'10" so finding pants that fit really well is a struggle. I've bought the same style of Levi's for 8+ years, but haven't liked the fit of a lot of other jeans by leading brands (e.g., Abercrombie, Banana Republic, Madewell). I've now ordered two pairs of jeans from MTailor and am SO happy with them. MTailor made the effort to set up an appointment to get the fit through the hips and calves just right, including re-making the jeans for free as promised. I'd love to see MTailor offer more colors of jeans and other styles of pants, as I'd definitely purchase more!

I saw a tv advertisement and decided to try jeans from MTailor. I followed the instructions to twirl in front of my smartphone and made no changes. The jeans arrived about two weeks later shipped from overseas with a slight mothball smell. The fit was good but I picked the wrong color and I am not crazy about the fabric. It seemed more like chino fabric than denim but it does have stretch. All in all the experience was good but next time I’ll be more careful about my color and fabric choice.

Problem solved.”missing” digital gift card found. Mtailor actually did send it promptly. Just discovered it in my spam folder

I received my fist pair of custom pants recently and was pleased with the results. I asked for a remake however to improve the fit around the waist and legs. I have received the re-made jeans and they are a perfect fit. Mark at MTailor made the experience seamless and helped with the adjustments. The customer service was outstanding and the re-make was accomplished at no additional costs.

Really easy to fix measurements and get a remade piece. Good that the process is so seamless, several of the first time ordering any particular style weren't perfect. But, since the redo was so flawless I liked this product.

MTailor was committed to getting my custom measurements correct. I always have difficulty with pants due to wide hips and backside, but narrow waist. We needed to make a second pair of pants when the waist was too big and length after washing slightly short. Now MTailor has my custom measurements for future needs and perfect fit.

Customer services is greatest asset. The communication is available when ever you need to talk to someone about your clothes. No matter size or height they can do the job. I’m very satisfied

Customer service is great. My suit was never quite right. They remade the suit coat twice (for a total if three.). I kept the third one. I didn't have any expectation that a fourth time would be the "perfect fit" that they promise. It's ok. I didn't return it and get a refund as it is much better than "off the shelf". For some reason the measuring app doesn't work for me to produce the suit they promise. I am barrel chested which often makes suit buying and alterations a challenge. My "Date of Experience" is a guesstimate.

customer service was awesome. let me know shipping arrival, if clothes fit well. which i needed a shirt to be re-done and got me the fit i needed. and i am fully thankful for all their help. every step of the way they were there to help. the clothing is very well made, and comfortable.

It was such an easy way for me to purchase a pair of Gray jeans. These came to myself and was amazed at the Quality and fit. There refund statement Says it All . MY experience was unique. Between ordering and delivery . I was given some devastating bad news from my DOCTOR. From now on I won’t need new cloths.I asked for a refund from MTailor. I received the refund. WHAT A COMPANY you will be pleasantly surprised..
What a company- customers care like the old days .

I got pants 1/2 inch long. M said to wash first and send back if it didn’t work. It did work. They have real people you can call, and they are ALL nice! If they go public I want to own a chunk. Can’t wait to see new cooler shirt fabrics.

If you do another round of funding, I’d like to get in. Can’t wait to see more fabric choices.
