I ordered 2 beautiful Christmas trees for my tablescape. One tree had pearls that need to be reattached and the second tree arrived with a broken base. In addition, the bubble wrap around one of the trees was dirty. I wrote Mrs. Alice and was offered a $30 refund on an order that was $268.

Gorgeous products, fast shipping with lovely packaging. This is one of the few places I can find large round tablecloths that aren’t plain, both that I have bought are fantastic quality and help my dining table, especially at Christmas look fab!

My items were beautiful and wrapped in lovely Christmas paper.

It arrived on time and beautifully and sensibly packaged. I haven’t checked the individual glass tea lamps as they are packaged so nicely it would spoil the wrapping. I’m sure the recipient will be thrilled

Whilst my order arrived a little later than I expected. The packaging was adorable and such a luxurious experience to open, my two rattan turkey's are adorable and much nicer than the pictures express. So happy with my purchase.
Would have been five stars if they had arrived in time for our Thanksgiving party.

I placed an order on 4 December (Order #156559) for items I require for a dinner party I am hosting tomorrow (13 December). At the time of my order, each of the items were reflected as being in stock and the estimated shipping time indicated I would receive my items ahead of my event. My account was immediately debited.

It is now 12 December and I have not received any communication from the company nor I have received any order updates. When I attempted to track my order on the website, I was retroactively informed that one of the items was back ordered. This was not indicated at the time of my initial order. I have requested to cancel my order and for the full amount to be refunded and have still not received any communication from the company. I query whether this company is a going concern.

My order arrived quicker than I thought as it was all monogrammed. It came beautifully packaged inside a stunning Christmas gift box. Can’t wait to see my girls faces when they open their gifts. Really great company to deal with.

Candlesticks, candles and bows with names as placeholders very beautiful and packaged in a sublime way . Thanks. I didn’t give the last star because it’s a bit too expensive for me . However I recommend it for those who appreciate the elegant and tasteful Christmas table.
