Awesome service

Awesome service. Engineer came out same day when British Gas gave us a 7 day wait time and refused to be beaten. Our old boiler is good as new. Can't recommend enough

Boiler Pressure Problem

Boiler Engineer T came to diagnose our Bosch boiler problem and immediately found what was wrong - our boiler had not been serviced correctly in late November. He immediately carried out a new service and we are delighted with the result. T has also been to fix a washer on our water meter stop cock. A most pleasant young man and a pleasure to have in the house.

The engineer came out within 24 hours…

The engineer came out within 24 hours we had no heating or hot water with young children. The engineer picked up on the issue straight away and managed to fix the issue temporary for us and ordered the parts he was very helpful would def recommend

Really good end to end service

Really good end to end service, called with a fault, job was logged, accurate timescales given, before the engineer arrived he called to let me know he was on his way and then sent a tracker via text message (like you get on Uber Eats) so you could see how far away he was etc. Prompt service, wore overshoes without asking if he needed to etc. Had a good chat and clearly explained the issue, diagnosis and solution!

Excellent customer service

Mr Reactive was appointed by our insurance company due to damp walls and ceiling in the attic bedroom. T from Mr Reactive attended my parents property and quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem and suggested a simple and hopefully effective solution to resolve the issue. He put this into practice for my parents and telephoned me to let me know what he had found and what he had done. Excellent customer service from a professional, caring and considerate gentleman.

Bathroom shower fixed

This is the first time I used Mr Reacrive, I was a bit reluctant to sign up with new supplier but I am pleased and impressed with all services they provided and handled my request professionally from the start of logging my repair, provided regular update on the parts, and the engineer did the quick fix and replaced the defective parts in 5 minutes, owsome service Mr Reactive. Thank you

The engineer that attending our…

The engineer that attending our residents was very professional. Above all, he was a very caring, polite and a respectful young man from start to finish. The first day he came, he diagnosed the fault without a problem. He then waited a couple of days for the parts to arrive and came back and finished the job off. His energy was very warm throughout the whole process. You don’t meet many young individuals, who provide such a great face to face service in this day and age the way this young man did. God bless him 🙏

Professional, efficient and friendly!

Great experience, sent a message for a couple of issues, got a prompt call back booking me in within a couple of days. Engineer turned up within the timeslot given and had let me know when he was on way. All the work completed professionally and efficiently and the engineer took his time to explain and show me anything I was querying along the way. Will definitely look to use MrReactive again in the future.

I was in need of re connection to my gas appliance, the company was very polite, very professional with the booking in process. And arrived within the first half an hour of the 4 hour slot, the engineer who came was very polite and friendly. I like the monthly subscription idea also which is very rare to see I’ll def be using this.

Our insurance company Home tree sent a…

Our insurance company Home tree sent a engineer out as our boiler pressure was going on the red they decided to void my policy due a non related issue. I called a local company and the issue was resolved in matter of minutes, the engineer said the boiler required a service. The boiler is good now and I would highly recommend

Excellent service from Mr T who did the…

Excellent service from Mr T who did the annual boiler service. He was punctual, honest, respectful and he did a thorough job where previous companies had failed to notice a leak in the boiler. I am a very happy customer and will definitely recommend the company.
