The fitters were on time and called 20mins before they arrived to say they were on their way, which is good, the only thing that I could say wasn't right was that they left the bottom cover off the boiler leaving the pipes etc exposed. I did fit it back myself but some people may not be able to it, a bit more care would be of benefit.
Apart from that the fitters were good and covered their shoes on entering.

I had my boiler serviced last week by MrReactive and I have to say I was very impressed. Not only did they ring to book an appointment, but they also include a follow up courtesy call after the boiler was serviced. I would definitely recommend this company for their efficient, friendly service. 💚💚💚

A fabulous experience. Job sorted in a jiffy . They used high grade parts for my toilet Cistern and replaced all parts not just the faulty one. Tamrez was my engineer for the visit . He was friendly, efficient, and explained the whole job to me throughout. I have engaged this firm for my daughters ‘ houses as well as my rentals. You can’t beat them ! Go with them I’d say !!!!

Mr Reactive were sent out by my insurance company after reporting a fault with my boiler.

They turned up promptly, when they said they would, and were able to quickly identify what was going wrong, and establish that the boiler was safe to use which was really helpful as some very cold weather was on its way.

Once a replacement part had been collected, the part was fitted in good time and everything left clean and tidy.

Overall, a really professional and helpful service.

My boiler broke down in December 2022. Mr Reactive came out within hours, and within minutes of arriving diagnosed the fault.

The engineers are the best in West Yorkshire. Faizan has provided impeccable support for my own boiler, going above and beyond. They've also just repaired my tenants boiler too in less than 12 hours after arranging a booking at midnight.
