Bad experience. I completely share all the feedback i have seen. Worst experience ever. They charged me twice and shiped me two dress when I ordered only one. The size is way too big and does not correspond with the size measurements they have on the site. The price to send the item back is almost 50% of the original Price of the dress. They refuse to provide the return label or cover the shipment Price for the item never placed. Worst expérience ever. I highly suggest to avoid buyong stuff from them unless you want to be the next one Who writes a negative experience.

I am very happy of the quality of the 3 dresses I bought but the sizes are not clear enough on the website the I had 2 dresses on 3 too small, no refund but good proposals from the Customers care. For this time we found a solution and they send me again another dress but it can be important to have the possibility of a real refund. We are on line. Thank you it was good experience but a real problem for sizes 2 times. Thank you for your listening, understanding and proposals. Good reactivity appreciated.

The worst experience I have ever had with a brand.

You manipulated me however you wanted because I couldn’t return the dress — the return shipping cost €150. You basically forced me to buy another dress, and when it arrived, it was just as terrible. Your dresses are literally rags.

You sent me around 20 emails, kept giving me different answers, lied to me, and kept sending me in circles instead of actually solving the problem.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I regret ever ordering from you. Never again.

I would give this company -100 stars if I could. Absolute catfish. We spent over £1,000 and everything we ordered was a disappointment. The garments are absolutely trash, extremely poor quality and look nothing like expected.

Their return policy is just as bad. Check it very carefully before ordering, because it can cost more to send their rubbish-quality garments back than it does to keep them. We’re essentially stuck with over £1,000 worth of rubbish because the return costs make no sense.

Avoid. I would never order from them again.

For a big brand like Mrosier,the dress was delivered quite rough,the packaging was good but the dress was very rough and not neat enough in the bag!
Loved the dress though after proper ironing!

the dress doesn't look like the picture, it took a long time to ship the order, more than a month, and when the order arrived I didn't even need the dress because I bought this dress specifically for an event. misss rosier doesn't have a return policy, you have to contact them by email, and then you have to handle the return personally, and they won't give you your money back, a gift card at most. being from romania, I couldn't find a courier network that didn't cost more than the ordered dress itself, so I decided not to return it. I can say that I will never order from here again.

Color is completely different from online , disappointing . I ordered two dresses, none of them looks same online color. They promised reimburse till date I didn’t get any

The outfit was wonderful I got so many compliments.

Dress arrived and looked nothing like what it looked like online. Completely different material and colour. Very poor quality dress for the price the zip burst when trying it on so I wasn’t able to send it back. Complete waste of £150 would never ever recommend this company to anybody. Selling SHEIN quality clothes at designer brand prices and the returns policy is a joke- you have to email them asking to return your item giving a reason and then pay to send it back. Stay clear

Disappointing, a waste of money. The dress is made in very poor quality fabric and is heavy. Cash reimbursement is not available, which is good to know before placing your order.

I didn’t receive my order I placed over 2 months ago. The customer service team didn’t respond to any of my e mails I sent them. Up until now my order is nowhere to be found and no answers . I asked for refund but of course no response. Very disappointing experience , shame on them

Excellent quality and a lovely dress I do wish the color of the dress was a bit pink. Overall 9/10 I got the long pink terebenthine glossy dress. I would say they could make an adjustment to the way the front slit of the dress falls.

This dress is not at all what it was like in the photo. Mine came with extra fabric and doesn’t even look like the same dress.

Avoid this company if you value your money and your sanity.

The dresses are overpriced for what you actually receive. In my experience, the quality feels like cheap mass-produced Chinese clothing, and the sizing is unreliable and does not correspond properly to the stated sizes.

Trying to return an item and get a refund has been an absolute headache. You have to chase them repeatedly, and even after my tracked return was confirmed as delivered, I still had no refund five days later.

There are plenty of other stores to choose from. Save yourself the stress, time and money and do not order from this company.

These are scammers from whom it’s hard to get your money back.

Terrible experience — DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I ordered two dresses from them three months ago. Only one dress arrived, while the second one — which was actually the more expensive dress — has still not arrived after three months.
I have emailed them multiple times asking about my missing order, and they simply do not respond.
And even the dress that did arrive was extremely disappointing. The fabric quality is terrible and looks nothing like the photos on their website.
I feel completely scammed. They took my money, failed to deliver my full order, and are now ignoring my emails.
Please save your money and DO NOT order from this website. Based on my experience, I would never trust or purchase from them again.
