Met Mike from Mr and Mrs Clarke a few weeks ago when we asked him to value our property. Mike changed my perception of estate agents for good as it was like a breath of fresh air. There was a real difference to the service offer by MIke compared to the other agents we had out. It was no competition in the end of who to choose to sell our home. He took time to understand every inch of the property, the features, the work that had been completed, highlighting key selling points that would really make a property description shine. He also knows lots about the local area, the pubs, schools, restaurants, cafes and shops which all helps to sell our home. Looking forward to selling our home with Mr and Mrs Clarke.

How estate agency should be done! Couldn't have asked for anymore, Ben was incredible from start to finish and worth every single penny. He knew how to showcase the house, sell its features and provide a personal experience that just isn't available for the high street.

A discerningly different estate agent. Yes, that's correct. From the first consultation through all the trials, tribulations and vagaries of selling a non traditional build bungalow Mike was realistic, honest and completely supportive. Always available to provide advice and guidance to us even when in another part of the world, and when we encountered issues Mike was there to get us out of the fix. Would we use his services again, for sure. Would we recommend him, a resounding yes.

Would recommend using Mike. He had to deal with a couple of interesting bidders who lead us up the garden path at the start of the sale process. His marketing was excellent and the use of professional photos enhanced the selling. Once purchase had been agreed he went over and above what other agents would do. He met builders and surveyors at the house. He has a good list of contacts for house clearance and removal services.
