Mike and Amy have been fantastic throughout our move. They are friendly, professional and very responsive. Always going above and beyond answer questions and smooth any issues during the house selling and buying process. They set up a whatsapp group so that we could communicate easily, and ask any questions. They kept us up to date with interest and viewings. The photos and social media work were great, and we secured an offer from our very first viewing. Mike pulled out all the stops to push the sale and contracting through. We couldn’t recommend Mike and Mr & Mrs Clarke highly enough. 5 stars!

Beth was brilliant throughout the whole process of buying our property. As first time buyers, the whole experience can seem daunting, but Beth made the process feel easy. She was extremely attentive, fantastic at communicating and we felt at ease throughout the whole experience. Couldn’t recommend her enough. Will definitely use them in the future!

Mike was brilliant when we looked at putting our house on the market, he took his time and went through everything with us in order for us to make the right decision for us at the time.

From the expert and personally handled photography session to the exceptionally presented listing, then onto an incredibly professional viewing process, Mike handled everything in a timely manner with superior communication at all parts of the journey. Once our house was under offer (within a week and a half of listing in an increasingly challenging market), Mike did everything to keep things running smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure the chain completed when some complications arose. He dealt admirably with my anxiety of things falling through and made sure we reached the finish line as quickly and efficiently as possible (much to my relief!). I would recommend Mike to anyone who was looking to sell their property. Estate agents often get a bad name, but Mike is very much an exception to this. We have been delighted with the service. Edd, who managed the sale and purchase for us, was excellent from the point of the offer being made all the way through to the completion day (and even after). He was always extremely patient and ensured that this complex sale (which involved a fairly lengthy chain) got over the line.
