The envoy was really fast despite covid19 broke out just after my order. The packs were not vacuum-sealed but given the pristine condition of the hops, I imagine they were flushed with CO2. I'm really happy with the ingredients quality but I have a remark concerning the website : some products or formats are only available in the Italian version of the site that only manages domestic envoys. When I realized it, I switch to the English version to send my order to Belgium; my basket was empty and the catalog is not exactly the same (some hops are not available in 100gr packs, e.g.)
