Free delivery, included a discount due to a Monday order, Equipment feel good, instructions are basic and easy to follow but lack information on how long to boil the wort. I will order more products from them again.

The service is outstanding
The service is outstanding. Matter of fact, I've never received better customer service from any organization. I placed an order during the COVID 19 lock down and the customer service department called me to discuss a possible delay and what my options were. I don't speak or understand Italian, but they did a great job of communicating in English. They also sent emails to me notifying me of the status of their operations. I rated it four stars because 1 of my Hop plants was delivered very dead. However I did not contact the company to let them know about it.
