You are not solving my problem. I have a grace period to renew my domain. You are holding it against the rules. You asked me to wait unless its available again. Why again? I am the owner of the domain. I have right to renew. I will raise this issue about your company scam in hosting discussion forums. You are trying to blackmail me on my domain renewal.

Our website was down and we had a prompt response to fix it. For that, I give 5 stars. Though, the company updated something that prevented the admin to access the website and didn’t warned us about it.

Ticket resolution time very effective, support always available to assist. O e issue that needs improvement may be technical faults notifications, had an experience of emails not being received but payments done and no notification of fault from your support.

Give more priority to the CRM of your company. In the end of the day, the clients are the backbone of your company.
I am looking to change all my services to another provider simply because after several years working with MozDomains, I am tired. The worst customer care support service I have came across. There is no customer support. MozDomains assumes that all the customer are at the same level of technical knowledge as MozDomains, and they tread you with Self-importance - arrogance.
