The service is one of the best hosting
The service is one of the best hosting service providers in the country. There is support and they come through, sometimes it takes time. Uptime is good but could be better and security is on point. Sugestions. Sure, provide more domain name internet country code options like .com .net etc.. Also, share emerging technologies or tools with your customers, like, mpesa or any other good payment gateway plugins or apis and all cool and inovative tech that comes allong. Moz domains is a great HSP in Mozambique.

Automatic Support System answers are degrading customer services
Recently(last three months) my company is not getting its issues with the services provided my MozDomains heard.
The automatic system is leaving us with a feeling that our concerns are no longer getting through to the people who should assist us, contrary to what happened before.
Our Ticket are being closed without any notification getting to us.
Somebody at MozDomains should be addressing this situation which might be happening to others, not just us.
For instance, this survey is the second one we're getting although from different sources in the last 48h.
What happened to the previous one we've already filled in ?
