I’ve been a customer of Moy Furniture Centre for many years and have always received first class service. I love my new sideboard, it was delivered on time by 2 pleasant delivery men. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend their store and services.

Found the bedroom furniture I was looking for online at Moy Furniture Centre at the best price I could find. From the time of ordering until delivery Moy Furniture kept in touch with updates on order. Delivery was free and the delivery men were excellent placing the furniture in the requested room and taking away all boxes and wrapping. First class service all round. Will certainly shop again.

I came across Moy Furniture online while looking for new bedroom furniture and I’m so glad I found them! I had a few questions before placing my order, so I rang the store and spoke with Stephen, who was absolutely brilliant.

He was so friendly, professional and helpful, answered all my questions and helped me place the order. Nothing felt like too much trouble and the whole process was really easy.

I ordered two bedside tables, a large wide chest of drawers, a dressing table and a stool. Another big bonus is that the furniture will arrive already assembled, so I don’t have to worry about putting everything together myself!

I was also really pleased that they offer free delivery all the way to Birmingham, especially as they are based in Ireland.

So far I’m extremely happy with the customer service I’ve received and I’m really looking forward to receiving my new bedroom furniture. It’s so nice to deal with a company where you actually feel looked after as a customer. A big thank you to Stephen for all his help! Would definitely recommend Moy Furniture based on my experience so far. 😊

All aspects of the ordering process and communication were first class

I purchased a media stand and sideboard from Moy furniture. The pieces were delivered on the specified date and the driver phoned in advance to confirm arrival. They carefully unpacked the furniture and placed them in our chosen spot. All the packing materials were removed by the delivery men and they confirmed all was ok. I purchased online weeks before the August sale and Iwas pleased that they honoured the 5% over £900 on my order.
Great quality and easy to talk with staff, I will definitely use again .

Second order placed this time for an extra large diffuser. I was slightly concerned the item might be damaged in the post being a glass vessel BUT very happy to report it arrived intact thanks to robust packaging.

We dealt primarily with Gavin McNally and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the service received. Gavin was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help.

The process was easy from start to finish - placing our order on 4 July and receiving goods 5 August - in line with our expectations and timings.

White glove service was excellent - we had been given a time of delivery the day prior and a 3 hour slot, with instructions that on the day of delivery we would get 30 min call beforehand. Our delivery was actually around 1hr 30 ahead of schedule, but again with the call before we could work with that.

The pricing of the goods was excellent and we are pleased with the quality of items. I had shopped around before and after going to Moy and the bedroom furniture was coming in around £570 lower than the same products in Belfast.

Overall, highly satisfied with all aspects of my experience and would recommend to anyone.

We needed a bed in a hurry and as the bed frame we wanted had to be ordered in, marty kindly loaned us a divan set to tide is over until the other one gets in. I don't think other stores would be this Accommodating (above and beyond 👌)

Excellent customer service particularly to help me source an out of stock item and get this delivered to me. The free postage and packaging meant that this was excellent value compared with other online retailers. Easy to order online with contactable staff if you need support which is hard to find with other online retailers. 5 stars.

This is my 3rd purchase online, quick, efficient and excellent service. I ordered the defusers and they smell amazing. Will definitely be ordering online again 😀

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel people should be aware of the service I received from Moy Furniture.

I paid for both delivery and the premium white glove service, but the experience was anything but premium. My delivery arrived late with no communication whatsoever. My mother had to sit in my house for hours waiting, while I spent my holiday glued to my phone expecting the promised updates that never came.

When the delivery finally arrived, they had brought the wrong dresser, meaning I now have to wait even longer for my order to be completed. There was no apology and no proactive communication throughout the process.

To make matters worse, I wrote a formal complaint detailing everything that happened and, so far, it has been completely ignored.

Mistakes can happen, but poor communication, a lack of accountability and ignoring customer complaints are far harder to accept. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Moy Furniture.

What a wonderful shop fantastic staff really look after you delivery drivers very careful when delivering your products would I shop there again hell yes 👌🌻
